You nailed Trinidad....I was there for a short time but loved it. I traveled there as a single woman, stayed at the Old Savoy Hotel which is a bit haunted, had visions, etc. got a tour by a local guitar shop owner, who confirmed my visions which I tried to keep to myself but he confirmed my visions. If I live to be 80, hopefully not, I might return to Trinidad, Co. I absolutely loved it.
I was just looking at "Return to Normandy/ 75 Anniversary" and heard Private Gremer mentioned from Trinidad, Colorado. So I got curious because I am from the Island of Trinidad and have never known before that there is a place in the US called Trinidad. Then I looked up Trinidad, Colorado on RUclips and was very happy to see the posting and thankful to you for doing so. Happy for the adventure through your eyes! I will be following you on other other journeys. Your presentation is applaudable!❣
We stopped in town on our trip back to Texas from family vaca,we enjoyed the shops on main..told my girlfriend that I finally found a town I could move to and like it.. we'll be back again.. every one we talked to was super nice..
I found your videos some weeks ago. Your job is great. I live in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. Guaymas is a natural port of the right coast of the California Gulf or "Mar de Corés" or "Mar Bermejo" (three names for the same place). Thank your for you and your family. Colorado, like New Mexico, California, Texas and Arizona are giving the americans and mexicans the opportunity to be better neighbors, friends and siblings. You are contributing with your labor to that. NOTE: Sorry if my english isn´t good. I apologize for that.
The Colorado State owned Baca-- Bloom museum is a must see in Colorado history. In the winter when you reviewed this video. It was closed, worth a trip back to do a video of. Also The Albert Mitchell museum on main street.
This is a great and well-researched and presented channel. My ancestors immigrated to Trinidad in 1886 and owned homes businesses in many of the small surrounding towns. I am enjoying your trips and impressions very much. Thank you so much for doing this. Your kids may not yet know how lucky they are!
The new state park should be a great addition to Trinidad over the next several years. I just wonder if the cannabis boom may be ending with more widespread legalization.
The cannabis boom is already slowing with state sales dropping over the past year, but Trinidad is still growing, having become somewhat popular during covid-related moving.
Water injection during fracking does indeed cause 1⁄2 of all minor earthquakes in the United States. He did say that was the opinion of locals as well.
I went to college there in 1968-1969 ( one year ) I did not like it that much I transferred to California. Thank you for showing Trinidad to remind my memory
Love the info. Nothing personal against the narrator but it's a bit robotic. Find a smoother better narrator and it will take off. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it. Just some advice from a random viewer.
Thank you for doing these! As a native, I have so much history in many of these cities!

No mention of Bat Masterson? He was a Sheriff in this town beck in the Old West.
I am enjoying your videos now on Saturday in AZ Because I am from there but can't afford CO ( said in a monotone) 😅
Lotta history in Trinidad, including all the time Mother Jones spent there during the infamous Ludlow massacre.
Good video! Minus the fracking comment.

I hate the fact you put these links over the last part of the video where we can not see your ratings.

Don't forget the museums name was changed by racist, from the Baca museum to the pioneer museum to remove the Hispanics from history.
Nothing but Sephardic arrogant circles in southern Colorado and northern New Mexico
Awww.
It’s an abandoned coal mining city, completely destitute, with nothing to see there.
They want people like you to stay away
And your town?
