Hello sir hope you are doing good. Me and my husband is actually planning to move from TX to Colorado. We have used car dealership business in Dallas. I would like to know how is the market there in Colorado for used car dealership? And which city should we count?
I have a near zero idea on the Colorado used car dealership landscape. People always need cars tho so any larger city would be the place I would guess?
Grand Junction Co would be great for you. Business location that places you in a hub between lots of ski towns as well as the beautiful desert town of Moab, UT.
Well I've spent over a year preparing for a specific town in Colorado, but you about have me sold on Grand Junction now and the video just started. I will know how to pronounce Colorado too so I might sound more local. Emphasize Rad. Radical start.
HAHA the whole ColoRADo vs ColoRODo thing wasn't brought to my attention till a few years ago. I am now very aware of who and how folks say the state's name. Come to CO with an open mind and be prepared to find something you love that you didn't expect. Every place certainly can have it's magic.
@@HashtagColoradoLife Yes, I can't wait though it looks like it may be next summer, at the latest, before we get moved. I have some family there but they live more rural. I am excited though was concerned about the CO Springs altitude having some effect but I was told that'd I'd just have ro get used to boiling water changes only if I used it in some measure. I can't wait and I don't think my family understands my rush. All I can say to them is "what is there to do when you walk outside here?" After the blank stares I exclaim "Exactly!" Then list off the activities just outside the door where we want to go. Anyways, stoked, and I appreciate the emails that brought me here. Now I share them with family not wanting us to leave. I'm not from here and it's not where I want to raise our kiddo. 🤷♂️ Colorado will have to prepare for us or we should hopefully blend right in 😁
@@generalconsumer9520ur story has resonated with me so well. I fell in love with grand junction and have some family members trying to talk me out of things. I’m in Alabama right now and there’s nothing to do when u walk outside. There’s so much adventure in and around grand junction and u are a couple hrs drive away from Colorado mountains or Utah mesas. Weather and altitude is also a big plus as well as crime rate and ability to choose school systems (Alabama schools r zoned here)
Because putting in prices and putting in hard numbers will date the video and leaves it irrelevant in a shorter time. Prices and costs change quite literally daily. Even if the numbers were put in there, they would be outdated within a matter of weeks.
The housing market in Colorado is expensive but there are places where you can find affordable housing. There are many places great for senior living as well! A lot of cities cater to retirees and seniors!
Pueblo and Canon City = CRIME, CRIME, CRIME!
Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto
Oversold on the Internet
Great presentation. Thank you. GG
High praise! Thank you!
Greeley smells!
That's just your finger.
@@jillphillips8117 It is a cow town, full of slaughter, it stinks!
Golden also smells. It's the brewery
Smells like $$$$

Nothing in Colorado is cheap!
The beautiful scenery and mountain destinations definitely drive up the cost of items, that's for sure!
How are you going to make a video about CHEAPEST places to live but not include anything regarding pricing…?

If some place is cheap, there is normally a reason for it.
Sometimes yes that's true. But it just depends on what is a pro or a con for each person.
Housing??? Senior affordable?
