- One of my early diorama builds depicting an above and underground Vietnam war scene where GIs have discovered the entrance to an underground system (Cù Chi) occupied by the NVA/Viet Cong. Showing the underground tunnels as a diorama experiment as educational piece of work. The top half depicts an M113 armoured personal carrier.
Thank you for making works about the Vietnam War like this to bring your history to the world. Thank you very much.
My pleasure, thank you for viewing. 😊👍

No problem at all, my friend :)
Yannick Oliveres thank you again 😎👍
Nice diorama. It would have been terrible for all concerned in those tunnels.
Danielle B Cooper I agree, brave men to live in those tunnels and braver still those who entered, where death could be around every bend, step or corner.
Great concept that mate,Nice one.;)
Dave .Lloyd thank you mate. 😊👍
This looks a lot like a diorama I saw at a Vietnam war museum, it looks exactly like yours but the us troops are being ambushed by the veitnamise
Thank you very much mate, not seen that diorama. Sorry for the very late reply. 😊👍
How about air inside the tunnel
Cach Home Video ventilation holes to the surface lined with bamboo and bicycle generators connected to generator for air and lighting were usually the way, as I understand it.
Wow cool! Did the tunnels really go that deep?!
Thank you very much mate, and yes. Sorry for the very late reply. 😊👍
are they Tamiya? also, what a creative idea for a display *thumbs up*
Thanks Lee, the figures up-top are a mix of Masterbox / Bravo 6 the figures below are all Dragon 1/35.
+marcus white once I get the money and the time, I will remember to buy those figures. thanks!
If budget is a constraint go for Masterbox / Dragon, being plastic they are easier to re-configure their poses, if you want the best NAM figures get some of these.

Wow, very impressive, I love all the bobby traps, I would add "Hot dog" That's a snake placed between two sections of split bamboo rammed into the roof, just right for a "Tunnel rats" head to bang into, also you are missing a surface backdrop, do you have any lights built into the diorama? I give you 9 out of 10 (so far) well done
Andron 234 thank you, the others traps sound a great idea. This diorama is quite an old model for me, my figure painting has improved a lot since and I would change a few things in the scene if I were doing again.
@@DioramaArt excellent travail.
Impressionnant 👍👍👍👍
@@anakinskywalker1982 thank you once again mate. 😊👍
Is the decal custom?
mobskii no decals used, all hand painted. 😊👍
Nice work bet that took some time to make!
Jacks Ww2 figures, models and dioramas thanks, yes it was a long build. Enjoyable doing in sections, I particularly enjoyed building the M113. 😎👍
That's how the Viets won the war!
Vincent Lim it sure was, never underestimate an enemy defending their homeland.
