i'm not even interested in learning to do this stuff, it's just so enjoyable to watch somebody do what they love and be so relaxed and peaceful. It may look amateurish, but it's good in it's own way, plus every artist has their own style and their own "rules". And this definitely has some very useful tips and info that people can pick up to get better with. Art schools very often stick you to certain frame so you tend to forget to let go and just be who you are in your works. That's what art is - an expression of oneself. So i'm really enjoying these!
ty Jason you do awesome work and you are so patient and not in a big hurry and I really learn more from you that way. thanks again keep up the good work.
amazing! I love to try painting this one. thank's so much for bringing out the instructions clearly for us to follow. You always take time and very calm. Great job!
Love watching you paint Jason, you are a wonderful artist, your personality makes me so relaxed, believable too that I can paint like you someday..thank you from Ireland....
Hi Jason... I really like your work..I watched tonite you doing everything right down to the little waterfall, but the addition of more trees/bushes too away the mtns. etc...
I love your style of painting and your easy going instructions, you make it so easy to paint along with you... Thank you so much, the step by step instructions are so easy to follow.. Thank you!
WOW...this is one of the painting tutorial I hv seen...you hv shown every detail on how to bring the exact effect of different parts of the painting...so many techniques are how to use brush and mix paint to bring different effects..i feel so inspired...i wl definitely try this one...thank you soooo much...
Wow, this one really came together well- a soft-spoken chap you are, but an inspiration too. I really must try one of these- The Bill Alexander technique that is. Cool, thanks JB
Those negative jerks don't realize it is all copy. Even Bob Ross is copying something. The fasinating is the suttle differences in the artists. You my friend are talented, sweet and real. I could watch you all day.
Nunca he visto pintar con tanta facilidad y tan maravillosamente bien. Sin duda es una gran lección para todos los que queremos mejorar nuestra técnica. Gracias por la lección magistral.
I like these English men painters Jason and Paul Ranson straight to the point and not a bunch of yak yak yak good job guys I hope your channels flourish ..👍
Thx for the beautiful painting. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow. Look forward to the next utube painting. Keep up the great work you are amazing. :-)
Jason I can not say how much you have helped me. Your painting has given much joy its good to be told the colours as I am colour blind ill leave more comments painting when I am tying to do this one with you THANKYOU PS/you change even my eyes.
Yea reason that you do that is to make things blend in better and smoother. Mostly the sky however i do the same to my "Wet on wet techniques. It makes things go a lot faster and less paint is used in the process of the painting.
Es maravilloso el arte que tienen tus manos, son imposibles de igualar te felicito y te doy las gracias por lo que compartes con nosotros.Jason se podrian pintar tus cuadros con pintura acrilica ?
I like that you still sort of look like it's a beginner painting, and "have happy accidents" here and there. It shows that some things don't really matter when you're looking at the big picture from a few feet away. Keep it up! BTW. Compliments for the camera work. It feels really professionally done.
Hi Jason I love yr looks and style of painting already following but lot of confusions while following anyhow trying and trying to get the goal thanks a lot for your guidance
oooo waooooooo jason its like a master peice realy .mind blowing..... i want to learn please guide me which collige wes urs.???. where do u live ??????
Another great lesson! And I'm glad I'm not the only one who is hearing roosters/cockerels in the background! :-) it must be early in the morning for this shoot?
Q: When laying down water why does everyone start at the bottom and work their way up ? I live in Crete (Greece) and whenever I look across the water (sea or lake) it's always darker towards the horizon, not lighter.
You paint like there's no tomorrow. It looks amazing. I tried to paint a goose but it attacked me as she thought I was stealing her eggs. Can you tell me how your colours look so different from each other?
what kind of paints r u using?, i know u said oils, but r they a type of ils that dry quick? and i was also wondering what kind of palate knife u were using?, i have a few of them but not that shaped one u were using. thanks:))

Hello
you put the white liquid prior to painting
thank you for your response
Yes. You put the liquid white on before you begin the painting
Yea reason that you do that is to make things blend in better and smoother. Mostly the sky however i do the same to my "Wet on wet techniques. It makes things go a lot faster and less paint is used in the process of the painting.
Once again, love your work. I also use Kevin Macleod music in my vids.
