Are you disqualified after 2 subsequent faults or 2 total faults at anytime during the beep test? In addition if the foot is clearly over or past line but not touching the ground is that a fault? Thanks.

I can't get past stage 4 but i can run 1.5 mile in under 13 mins. How do i improve?
practice. jogging on a street w. street lights and every other street light sprint from 1 post to the next..2 weeks of this will increase your stamina

I combine jogging and sprinting for 1 hour. Shuttle run goal is 7 or higher.
How many laps does each stage have?
10 I believe
Each stage is approximately 1 minute long. Number of laps are different at each stage as running speed is different

That's the fitness test to be a cop? Not good. There should be more to it.
There's obviously more to training but in regards to this specific test level 7 is the minimum. You'd want to get to 8 or 9 at least to make the cut. There's still going to be physical strength tests, takedown training, cuffing and weapon usage.
