the fire went past our building and they seemed like they were looking for something they turned around then drove past , earlier a woman maybe a man but thin blonde glasses hat was in car out front then did uturn then parked behind suitcase then left i was worried about them so later then fire went past maybe hour later then went to school area then turned around then drove past i tried to wave to them to stop they werent going to but seemed like they were driving around looking for something if the call they went on was about the person that was out front earlier then the suitcase which i dont know if it was theirs they left or if someone else left the strange suitcase with red ties holding top together just left sitting infront of building and then if it was the persons maybe they got evicted in past they evicted persons they threw stuff to curb and then the person in distress commited crime police in area ospd (they are criminals on ospd ) they mocked the person and when the person was desperate they i think commited crime so the ospd who themselves are criminals mocked this well this morning the car out front was seeming suspicious in driveway like in distress and then did uturn then parked behind suitcase then rushed to leave i took picture of the car they rushed off then suitcase left which is why i am concerned cause if their and if they left suitcase then they left stuff and not good sign if they had no where to go and then later fire was about hour later drives around neighbourhood goes near school then turned around drove past they did not stop if they are looking for the person if they got distress call was a dark car looked newer and had hat on glasses and was blonde think was woman but could be a man cant see as i am disabled so couldnt see close enough from where i am the suitcase was just left and they never came back for it so i am worried about them! ospd is criminals most time they hurt not help so if fire was looking for the person if they got distress call in owensound the suitcase was just left on 9th and the person in car left after seeming distressed doing uturn then rush away so suitcase with strange red zip ties on top still out front at curb if fire was on call to look for person they went past then tell them dark car person was blonde shoulder length hair ballcap glasses thin if they were to look for anyone as no places on fire in area that i can see but they drove past like twice may 5th 24 the person was out front 915 am and fire went by after 10 to 11 and they drove back forth looking but did not stop anywhere so if they are looking was newer car dark black or blue black i think and was thin person glasses ballcap and blonde hair shoulder lentgth so if they look for person i was worried if they got evicted and had no where to go there is zero homeless shelter in owen sound and if the person just left suitcases then if they are looking for them if someelse reported that on may 5th 24 then tell fire was dark car newer suitcases still out fornt just left there strange it was just left ,worried cause last time they evicted person the guy was desperate commited crime cause he was in life death situation no way to survive ospd criminals mocked the person and made mockery of it all they have caused deaths of people in past they only hurt people so if other emergency services was looking for person from this morning cause firetrucks drove around neighbourhood but did not stop if person goes missing then os city staff are to blame they cause deaths of homeless in past too ones here county council relative was dead on escaprment and his relative i think was just murdered in british colombia i think his relative too so they just leave people homeless and leave them to die no helps reporting they just left suitcase out front now the person took off in rush distressed seeming
