- Taste Better Than Steamed Dumplings / Best Pan Fried Chicken Dumplings (饺子). This Chinese dumplings recipe is from a local Chinese restaurant in my village. Trying this recipe out with 2 different kinds of flour. Low protein flour (8%), and all purpose flour (11% protein content).

1/4 tsp. Salt
Chicken Filling
300g Minced Chicken
1 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp. Ginger paste (or finely chopped ginger)

I just made these!!! SO GOOD! Although I used store bought wonton wrappers and added a heaping handful of diced zucchini as well. They came out absolutely amazing! Better than any I've had before. Also, Sweet chili sauce pairs perfectly too. Good Savory dumplings.

Wellll mr Lim I was successful in making the mousse featured in the video with cake and mirror glaze (successful glaze featured in my video) I have rings but perhaps too large. Made a video but towards the end my beautiful creation went south. No pics. Everything in trash. I cried.

You could not see the difference therefore you should have fried the separately to tell the difference
