I love how different the Spice girls are, they showed it was ok for girls bands to be different. Or anyone out there to be different, they made being different be so cool again in pop music during the 90s and onwards.
Great song. Here performed in late January 1998 actually in Dublin, Ireland (not in the USA) where they were rehearsing for the Spiceworld Tour. Tour would start one month later, 24th February, just in Dublin.
Their vibe,their clothes, their personality's their music just magic loved them as a 12 year old gay boy....love them the exact same as a 34 year old man.
it pisses me off when people say they cant sing. this proves u wrong. u don't have to be mariah carey to be considered a singer. Victoria is a trained Oprah singer and so is Mel B. when your in a group with four other people each voice when sung separately has to sound different enough to distinguish which member of the group is taking the lead.. each voice has so much character in this group like Geri's voice i love it. Mel C's voice is amazing, very unique tone, Emma's was sweet as she is :)
