I use HQPCB and JLCPCB while i am in china. I see interesting things, when i see your workflow.
1. Had the same issues with panelizing software, CAM350 is widely used here but its hard to use and expensive. Most PCB houses use the cracked CAM350 here.
2. Stencils here cost 10usd, 24h turnaround. 100-200 bucks is pricey but yea, time is money.
3. JLC/HQ dont offer castelated edges like their foreigner pages anymore. i wonder why.
4. The price u got was actually pretty good maybe 5usd difference from their chinese version, wow.
5. Its a pain to get chinese jlc to remove their markings. In the worldwide version its so simple ;)
6. Maybe JLC offers stencils wordwide? I recommend u get a stencil shipped with the PCBs. If its below 15USD it will be worth it even if the PCB has a mistake.

Hey, would you publish your modified ulp on your github? I've used stock sparkfun ulp and it doesn't look anywhere near as good as the result yours gave. Pretty pretty pleeeeez

SparkFun version no longer works. :(. I have Eagle 9.6.2 installed and it errors.

Does anyone know if this also handles the centroid file export (i.e. for 10 panels it'll create the positions for the parts on all the 10 panels)
