The Army measures body fat differently. It’s not calipers but using a measuring tape, for guys they measure waist and neck. Out of those two measurements they plug it into a formula and get the body %.
For women, is neck, waist and hips.

Awesome video. How about seeing your veins?! Is that an indication that the body fat is reducing?! I been on a deficit for a while. Now I'm starting to see my vein. Particularly in my arms and legs
Yeah, I got a dexa scan last week the percentage was 5 percent lower than my home body fat scale percentage. I seriously hate being a short woman, I have a more dense body type (muscle). I'd almost kill to be "skinny fat". It's funny seeing these skinny women trying to get a bigger bootie and thicker thighs. I'd trade, lol
