I love that Eucerin sunscreen. I’ve been using it while stuck at home. I also love their Spf hand lotion. It’s not greasy and my skin honestly looks so much better since using it.
Just put that book on my hold list at the library. Can't wait to get it.

I understand if you don't feel comfortable talking about the mental health side of these things (anxiety, ADHD, etc), but would love to hear anything you could recommend towards healing the physical effects. I have been using this body spf per your suggestion and it’s absolutely amazing!! Feels like a body lotion. I don’t have to worry about it getting all over my clothes.
I love Thrive Market!! I buy most of my non perishables there. Great maple syrup, dried beans, dark chocolate, spices, Thrive market brand almond and coconut flour, low sugar candy, lentil chips and low sugar jams which are sweetened with fruit juice.They also have Bare apple chips with a variety of flavors and apples!3.49 to 4.79 for a 1.6 ounce bag.
I now have dry and aging skin and I've been using the Eucerin Advanced lotion on my face at night after I use tretinoin and I no longer wake up with flaking. I love it!
Hi Dr Dray, so glad you like The Brothers K. David James Duncan 's "The River Why" is excellent too. It's about a young man who is a fly fisherman. Even if you're not into that sport, it's wonderful. Funny and bittersweet. He has a great book of short stories "River Teeth". I'm from Portland, OR so I love my local authors! XO
I haven't tried the Eucerin shower oil, but shower oil has saved my dry, itchy skin and it's NOT messy!

Really like the Saturday Vlog. Great way unwind, as I am still working and from the office 3x's per week which is marginally stressful. Those cookies are a definite try to kick-up the spice in a veggie stew (I like using different squashes and tomatoes as this time of year - might add some fresh corn and add a few of those cookies for cohesion and SPICE. Hi Dr. Dray! SiChuan is actually a province in China, and its famous for its “麻辣 (mala)” spice, which translates to numbing spice. It’s a completely different spice from the Western expectation of spice, and while I never tried the Costco cookies before, I’m glad you liked them!

With Thrive Mkt, I have found it depends on what you routinely use/buy. They often don't carry what I'm looking for, but that is so individual. Prices are good. Shipping costs. Y'might want to peruse their site (if you can without membership) to see if they carry items you commonly buy. 😊

I got the Eucerin hydration SPF 15 at Walmart for daytime use on the body, did not see the 30.
I do have the Coolibar gloves and sleeves that I use for driving. I also used the Coolibar gloves and an umbrella if I am walking (live Downtown). When you live downtown, sometimes your car is a hassle.
I can’t find the SPF 30 anywhere. Had to order mine from iHerb.

I am using Eucerin baby wash and facial cleanser, both fantastic! And I agree with you that they never do a good job cleaning cars. Very upsetting when you spend 60 bucks and find that there's sticky residue in cup holders. I thought with that money they'd be more detailed but nope.

Costco has Autumn Gold Bars that has everything good in them and taste great! Also Heavenly Hunks are absolutely delicious.
I wear less tinted mineral sunscreen when I wear a face mask (I rarely mingle closely with others nowadays!) as I get self-conscious when patches of the cream get removed. Just soooo perfectionist now about sunscreen coverage and hygiene especially since starting retinol. Well trained! Is anyone else like this? ❤️😂

Oh how I LOVE Eucerin products. I agree, I've not tried one that I didn't like.
Love my Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer! Toasts and bakes really quickly ~ use it to bake 1 or potatoes. Don't have to heat up a big oven. Also great for reheating certain foods. You should by it! lol
I love Eucerin Q10 moisturizer. It replaced my Cerave nighttime moisturizer, and that was my favorite.

I love the recommendation as a body cream. I tried it on my face and it was actually irritating for me personally but my arms and legs were grateful for the moisture/sunscreen combo.

I was recently prescribed that and in my understanding it’s relatively new treatment (came in the market in the early 2000s?) and they have only recently have been able to collect some data on its possible long term effects. I’d love to hear your thoughts on it and your conclusion on it as a long term treatment.

I use my planner (a little one that I have on hand, extra) to keep my expenses. I also use color for when money goes out, and money comes in (green in, red out). It's a nice way to do it! :D Have a nice weekend! :D

It's actually better to not have a wrist rest on your keyboard. I've read studies that have shown that wrist rests can actually cause development of carpal tunnel. Oh also I think Kristina Braly talked about the Cuisinart toaster oven/dehydrator in one of her recent videos.
