I got a hold of a Lenovo IdeaCenter 310S (90GA) & an bit older HP Slimline Pavilion with Win Vista. Is it possible to take the HP, modify the case some, and fit an ITX motherboard in it? The Lenovo is missing the DVD player, so that would have to be replaced. Thank you 🤓
Hi. Thank you for making this video because I have the same unit. Bought it on Amazon about 6 yrs ago, but I am not able to download Windows 11 because Microsoft says the computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Instead of buying a new computer, can you recommend what I can do to upgrade mine so I can download Windows 11 and the latest Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint? I don't know much about computers so I would probably have the Geek Squad do the work for me, and I use my computer for general at home browsing and researching - no gaming or listening to much music. Thank you.
There are some "unofficial" ways to install Windows 11 on systems that don't meet system requirements, but I don't recommend it as it can have some issues, like not being able to receive official security updates from Microsoft. If you are installing it for offline usage, then go for it! There's plenty of tutorials online.

It depends if the HP has a proprietary motherboard layout. If it does, then no go.

Thank you for the very helpful information and getting back to me. Since I need to use my computer online, I will research on getting a new one.
Do you know what power supply can be used as an upgrade???
As long as it has that weird "8-pin" power supply connection.
Hey do you have a link to where I can buy that stick of ram? I want to make sure I'm buying the same type...
I personally used a (crucial )App that told me the most compatible ram, if I'm not mistaken it was a crucial 2666mhz cl19 8gb
@@kaneiz635 oh ok thank you
