I'm glad I bought this pedal! I've tried way too many and this one definitely felt like it was perfect straight out the box! Hopefully your band let you go back to the single pedal! Cheers!
If your poor, use American Musical Supply. I got mine for $64 a month and a one time $4.95 payment. No credit check. It came the next day. I love it. I also played mine right out of the box with no adjustment.
I just got mine two days ago along with the 3000 series 2-leg hi-hat stand. And it feels good straight outta the box. My only gripe about the hi-hat is the bottom has the Velcro and not the non-slip rubber. I think I’ll just do my own modification to fix that little problem
I probably should consider something lighter for the beater. It just took some time initially to get used to it because it is (obviously) a higher quality pedal and I still haven't made adjustments. I don't need to now since I am used to it. The pedal does the work. I actually have to let up on my aggressiveness and not put much into it, which is weird because with most pedals, even after tweaking, I felt the need to push. This one is just smooth. The only other pedal I like next to it (so far) is the Tama Iron Cobra, which I use the Rolling Glide, but I have tried the Power Glide and it might have been the better of the two. Both of these are double pedals. I just got the DW simply because I wanted to do less double kick work live.
The best review ever! Thanks man! 🤘
Thanks!

@@tybreedlovedrums9077 we'll see what happens post-quarantine. Looking to get back into originals to create music and lay down some serious grooves!

Does anyone have problems with the heal slightly rising from the floor? causing some give between the floor and pedal.
better check the angle of your bass drum.... could be its to low
just bought this second hand but new shape for $68 on ebay , very nice
How much did you pick it up for?
Luckily a new beater is only about 20 bucks. They have lighter Dw beaters too. Might be good to try an air weight Dw beater in this pedal.
