yall i'm scared but also happy...3 days ago i was watching a video of a guy giving advice about studying and learning, then i thought "a man's and a woman's brain are different and function differently, how affective would it be for me to to study like a man? would it help with anything if i take such advices from a man?"...3 days later, this is the notification i receive, the video to answer my exact question...i've been manifesting and praying to attract knowledge and guidance...IT WORKED AND THIS IS NOT EVEN THE FIRST TIME
@@DrFayeBate Loved the screen subtitles!! Not just for someone who might have difficulty hearing but also for people like me who fall into the reading/writing type of learner. Reading the subtitles makes it soooo much easier for me to understand the information
2:20 "For a lot of women or people who menstruate..." as a trans-masc person that menstruates, thank you SO SO much for this, you have no idea the difference this line makes. All of contents like these are usually targeted only at women and it can sometimes feel disphoric for trans people, so really, thank you for this💖
for the past 6 months i've been troubled trying to manage things around my cycle and oh my god. you're literally such a role model and i wish i am able to become anything close to you and help other people the way you do
Recap of the greatest video ever made for women: 1. WHERE you are in your cycle? Track your cycle and the symptoms and changes associated with it (mood swings, gut health, body pain, water intake, exercise, temperature) 2. WHAT activites to do to study? Categorize the activities you usually undertake when studying 3. WHEN should you do these activities? Sync these activities to the phases of your cycle according to - energy levels, mood and mood swings, overall health 4. WHY should you utilise your cycle? Well, simply to ensure you don't go insane in this bat-shit crazy world t_t 5. HOW to manage the downsides? Prepare and pre-plan to help accommodate things out of your control Thank you Faye, for ever creating a youtube channel 💗🍓🍓
finding your channel has been such a relief. you're right luv it is a man's world but people like you help a lot when nevigating it. Thank you for your content 🍓
This is really good and I'll send it to my daughter who struggles with her period too. Thanks for sharing!! Now if I could only find someone to help me work around my weird menopause symptoms too🤔
i know this seems like its a really small thing but you said "women or people who menstruate" quite a bit in the video and i just want to say that means a lot. thank you!!
Amazing. Showstopping. Flabbergasting. Also there is new research abt the correlation between ADHD and the menstrual cycle. If I remember correctly, progesterone makes the symptoms of ADHD worse! Look into it;)
I notice this SO MUCH! And it’s definitely another reason I’m even more intentional with how I spend my time during the different phases! I believe it’s because there’s an association between dopamine and oestrogen so when oestrogen drops in the luteal phase this has an effect on dopamine? Not too sure exactly of the science or evidence of but anecdotally, this seems to be the case! Thanks so much for the kind words xx
Wow, I've been noticing this in my own life with my symptoms and I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this too, definitely will continue to look into this!
here I am after postponing work in my luteal / pms now lying in bed being sick with a cold and getting absolutely nothing done in my "good" phase. I now regret cutting myself some slack during pms week :((( sometimes life can interfere with these set ups
Hello. I'm Harshil from India and I have been watching your videos on RUclips regarding your med school vlogs, exam schedules, and many more. My semester examinations are beginning next week and I tried studying for 10 hours a day (which I successfully accomplished for 1 day), but on the second day my brain just fucking hurts. Should I study for 2 hours take a break for 15 mins and repeat this process until I'm done with 10 hours of effective studying?. Please help me. I would really appreciate it if you could acknowledge my message and reply back. Thank you :)
it makes perfect sense, men's and women's brains function differently, it only makes sense that they should approach studying and learning differently to reach their full potential
@@blinkeuisaswiftie8397 makes you seem dumb? Slightly strange title???
it makes perfect sense, men's and women's brains function differently, it only makes sense that they should approach studying and learning differently to reach their full potential
Nah, it just refers to how studying like a man wouldn't be effective enough for a woman so that makes you seem dumb?! Idk
