Great video as always brotha! This year you've inspired me to start running consistently. I tap into every vid you drop, your one of the only youtubers I watch. The content is real, raw, and genuine. One thing from personal experince I want to share, is caffeine intake. I use to drink alot of caffeine. And just this year i decided to stop and I noticed my body feels way less inflamed. I think the caffeine was causing some inflamation in my knees, joints, etc. Of course I will still enjoy it in moderation, though it might be hard to go back & I dont think I will ever go back to 250+ mgs a day because I just feel too good since stopping. But maybe try cutting back a bit and see how you feel. Just a some food for thought. But yeah never switch up my guy thanks for all the information & inspiration, keep pushin!
