The quality, as least on my view, looks worse than my old camera phone. Unless it's just because I used the super steady mode.. Not sure, but I'll try next video without it.
That was the first thing I noticed, the video quality. When it started, I thought, "OH, your camera or phone died. That's why there were no videos for a while." Ha ha I'm glad you got some R&R. Video quality looks gtray! I agree with @ShadowCityLego. A skatepark would good to see. It's hard do things under a curved area. But under train tracks and mischievous skaters go well together.
Under the tracks, I You could put a mini skate park. It would add some life to that section. As for the modular in there, maybe a grocery store/kwiky mart could work. Looking really good! Hope there are ni more cattastrophies.. hehe
