- I built a 100m Lego train track around my entire house and garden, including up the stairs, through a swimming pool, through a light tunnel, and through a rainforest dome.

FAQs:
- Is there an unedited GoPro video of the train ride? Unfortunately not. I had to aim the GoPro slightly differently at different bits (such as angled left inside the rainforest dome), and occasionally edit it so I wouldn't be in the footage myself when I followed it around. Next time I'll invest in a 360 camera like many have requested and record a complete one!
- How did you do the TV thing? I used the game Planet Zoo to build the cliff / waterfall / trees / train track. This meant I had complete control over the camera angles. I connected my laptop to the TV with a HDMI cable to perfectly match the real and digital track up, and then experimented with the timing. This is possibly my favourite part of the video :)
- Where are the cats during the train ride? Asleep on the bed
- Is this video sponsored by Lego (or Flex Tape)? No!
I'm happy for you Chris. You acheived your dream, like I did. my dream was to have a Boeing 777 model and I acheived it last November and once again this January! I have a cube camera small enough to fit inside a lego train. Works well and actually is quite cheap. I use it for model railways.
People achieving their "silly" childhood dreams is honestly one of the purest things out there.

My son absolutely loved this video. When I brush his hair he needs to be distracted so when I let him search for something to watch he came across your video. He loves trains and legos so this was perfect for him. He especially loved the jungle green house, the glow stick tunnel (which I loved too), and the underwater tunnels. He also says sorry about Reggie.

The geodome was actually like I was transported into one of the disneyworld rides and the light tunnel was perfection itself ! The water tunnel and tv waterfall all masterpieces !

This literally was my childhood dream. I would always lay in bed wondering how cool it would be to have my own house with lego trains riding all around them.
But nowadays I realize how unachievable it is.
