      @igcseinstructor678 That's super exciting man! This core workout should be a great start. But remember, if you're not able to do EXACTLY as I do, you can shorten the time, no problem. Doing something is always better than doing nothing :)

    Great video and helpful especially for the UK and the weather we get this time of year. Have a 10 year old son that aways talks about wanting to improve hit fitness for playing in goals so will show him this.

      Thank you! :) It's exactly the same here (that's why I'm making these kind of videos now haha) But it sounds perfect for your 10 yo. Just remember, if he can't do the full 45 seconds work, 30 with 30 sec rest is perfectly fine. Even 20 with 40 sec rest is good in the beginning. It's all about building upon your last performance :)

      Thank you. For core workouts, I'd say that you can easily do it 3-4 times a week. But at the stage I'm at, I'm probably doing this or very similar workouts 2-3 times a week :)

      @gosuaherman9740 , I'm probably doing this or something very similar to it 2-3 times a week (I'm 38 🙈), but if you're young, you should 100% do this close to every day 😊

      @BrT42g , as I said, I do this 2-3 times a week (maybe more) 😊 haha, thank you. I'm in off season right now, so I was VERY tired after the recording session because I had to record a lot longer with the breaks, so I was working 1 min instead of 45 seconds which was TOUGH! 😅💪

      I don't know if you're kidding or not but I'll answer it as if your aren't ;)
      Core strength is the foundation of every goalkeeper’s movement - from explosive saves to jumping high, diving far, moving fast, and powerful distribution. It's such an essential part and if you're neglecting this stuff, you're missing out :)

    Hello I don’t know if you remember me I commented a few months ago and I wanted to tell you that I don’t feel motivated 2 weeks ago I lost de cup final with a fatal error that gave the other team a goal we lost 2-1 but since that mistake a feel demotivated 😢

      Hey, I absolutely remember you! I'm really sorry to hear about how you're feeling after the cup final - those moments are tough, no doubt about it. But let me tell you this: every goalkeeper, no matter how great they are, has been in your shoes. Even the best in the world have made mistakes in big matches.
      The important thing to remember is that a single mistake doesn’t define you. It’s how you bounce back that truly matters. Use this moment as a learning experience, not a weight to carry. Reflect on what happened, identify what you could improve, and then focus on getting better every day.
      Motivation comes and goes, but discipline and passion for goalkeeping will always push you forward. You’ve come so far, and this is just one step in your journey. Keep your head up, and I promise, the best is yet to come. You've got this!

      Hey, thanks for sharing! Setbacks like this happen to every goalkeeper at some point - it’s completely normal. The key is to approach it with the right mindset.
      First, take a step back and assess your routine. Are you training as consistently as before? Are you giving yourself enough rest and recovery? Sometimes even small changes in habits can affect performance.
      Second, focus on rebuilding your confidence. Start with the basics - work on your handling, positioning, and reaction drills. Mastering the fundamentals again can reignite that feeling of control.
      Lastly, remember that form is temporary, but your dedication and hard work will always bring you back. Stay patient, keep training, and trust the process. Every setback is just another step toward a stronger comeback! 💪🧤
