Solid content as always 🔥. You could try using a smaller skipping rope as well so it forces you to first push off harder (helps with land impact) and tucking your knees in so foot speed as well. But keep this up looking ready to take it to the season!!

Be consistent in the basics! Don't try to be too flashy, do the basics well, be confident in your ability, and take your opportunities!

Play safely, being a goalkeeper is a job in the dark as i see it, dont be flashy. Dont make a tv save to look good. Just focus on keeping the goal out of the net by doing everything as easyy as possible for yourself. IF someone shoots a belter in the top right corner, try to jump and save it even if it feels impossible to save.
