Do 20x12 -44 wheels with 35"x12.5" tires fit on a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD BDS Suspension Suspension Lift 6"?
Yes it does! This 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4WD is running Fuel Maverick 20x12 -44 wheels Toyo Open Country Rt 35"x12.5" tires with BDS Suspension Suspension Lift 6" suspension, needs Major metal trimming and has No rubbing or scrubbing. As you can see from the pics this wheel and tire combo can be done!** With this year/make/model, the stance is Slightly Aggressive. Also remember spacers impact fitment, this ride is running None in front and 2" in rear.
I’m 19 years old and have a 2001 Chevy Silverado. It’s my first ever truck and my dad bought it for me with the money he had. Even though it’s not the newest I’m still grateful as hell to have a truck and a dad that can buy me one. I’m working to save up for a 2018 Chevy Silverado and hopefully later on, repay my dad and buy him a truck also👍🏽.
Love it!!🤙
❤️
Salute bro! Get it!
i started out in a 2002 chevy silverado 1500HD and at 21 im driving a 2017 Z71. you can do it bud
Nice. Are you still rock’n that truck?
The fact Chevy Switched off of this body style is insane. Such a beautiful truck
Totally agree. Miss my 17’ Silverado. Looked similar to this just without the flairs and was a LT model
Something about these lifted Silverado’s I just can’t get enough of 😩😍 y’all did amazing 🔥🔥
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Clean truck, but someone should have talked the guy into removing the chrome fuel filler door.
and the chrome side mirrors and door handels
No waaay! That chome makes this truck pop! Probably one of the only color combos that chrome even works on.
Ilion Atroya stfu
There's no factory lock. Maybe he doesn't want anyone sticking a hose down his tank. I've been debating for months whether or not to install the one sitting in my garage.
True.i want my truck ALL BLACK...
I like how he always tell customer what we did. Lol
Even tho installers do everything
Shout-out to all installers,
Great builds.
Big fan
I have to say, my favorite truck is still the F150 built this way, with a 6 inch lift, Bushwacker paint to match flares and 35’s and Fuels/XDs. I just think it looks better. I can’t get over how square the wheel wells are. Looks great though, they did an awesome job!
Appreciate that thankyou!
It’s always a pleasure watching these trucks get built.
Arnold92 Morales around 8grand wheels lift labor
"built"
I have the exact same year and color just stock..in another 40k miles when the warranty is up I’m dropping the 5 racks and doing this exact build props to this guy and his Taste 👊🏻
5k!!!!! Jesus! I have a 16 (same truck) with 6 inch suspension, spacers and 1.5 body lift and I have MAYBE $1,500 in it. I did it myself, but even if a shop did it, 5k is robbery.
Wheels and tires are 2k I guess, maybe it isn’t that far off. Do the work yourself and save the bread. 🥖
I've always like Silverado's that have chrome door handles and side mirrors. Not an overwhelming amount but just enough to make the truck pop and adds texture. Great looking truck!
I have a 2010 f150 4 doors lifted but now I want another truck and my dream is a 2016 z71 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 this will be my next truck
Love how the Toyo open country rt tires have that square side wall vs the rounded others have. Really makes the chevy and Gmc’s tie together nicely.
I drive a 2010 Ford F150 and I plan on getting a 2017 Chevy Silverado with a 7 inch lift with 35s or the tires in this video it’s going to be my dream come true because I’ve always wanted a lifted truck
Nice truck!! Now I'm ready to see some 2019 RAM's getting a full build. Both 4WD & 2WD!!!
Jeremy Dok who in their right mind builds a 2WD ram
Props to that ending instrumental 🔥
Thats one sweet looking truck you guys did a phenominal job! Bought a black 2018 silverado couple weeks ago hope to make it something like this. Good work
Thanks for the love🤙
I've always been a car guy. I have a manual V2 murdered out on Welds in the garage. Bought a High Country, watchin vids on lifts. So you know what caught my eye...lol. Nice Weapon X hood...👊
Yessir....Chevy, best looking truck on the road by far.
False - it's Ram.
Is it just me or did anyone else notice that during the reveal the rear drivers tire looks cambered AF? Check 6:33
Tom Gaydos that doesnt look right😂
Who ever edits these vids are amazing
I want my truck lifted and on one of these videos 😂
I’m getting my “first” car a 2018 Chevy silverado and I’m excited. Been working Double shifts but I know it will cost me a lot of $$$$$ to get it lifted but it will be worth it. And I want it to look the same as this truck but with a 9inch lift. I live in South Carolina so I might do a trip to CUSTOMS OFFSETS to get my dream truck built
Hard work pays off🤙
Custom Offsets yess sir no daddy’s money here always work hard and smart for your things
Dude said the tires will last you a good long time. Well hell yeah they are prolly still like new and looking good in that same parking space at work where he is living to pay for it, 5 more yrs and you can take a week off and enjoy it. 😂👍
Great looking ride and them ppl under me criticizing the chrome on truck - Boo Hoo Boo Hoo!!! Give this shop your pickups and let’s critique your ride ..
Looks awesome. Good info on the cutting involved with the pocket flares. I have the same set up but with 9 inch wheels. Going 12's next week and got the info needed for cutting. Thanks Custom Offsets.
Hey happy to help John! We would love to see some pictures of your ride sometime! 🤘www.fitmentindustries.com/add-wheel-offset
Pictures of my ride with the new 12’s and fox coil overs sent to fitmentindustries as requested. Thx for all you great info and vids on all things off-road. 🤙🏼
Hey! long shot here but did you you have to trim at all with 9 wides? And was it 35x12.5 and 6” bds ?
@@16mrmoose Yes, trimming is necessary.
Please put tow mirrors on that !!!! Sickest truck , ill get mine same
My dream truck right there! I would've loved to see them get in it lol. He should've put some auto drop down running boards.
Nice build up!🤘🏽👌🏽
My Two favorite full size trucks are Chevys & Tundras... job well done here.
Thumbs 👍 up to the builder
I have a 7inch with 35s on my truck and this truck seems taller then mine
Outdoor Gamer depends on stock height of truck
Outdoor Gamer idk if you have a 2014+ chevy but the frontend itself is really tall compared to older models so it creates a illusion of it being taller. I used to have a 2011 on 9.5” lift and a 2016 with 7” looked as tall or taller
That is how they should come from the factory. How much would this operation cost sir ? I have a 16 Silverado 1500, same truck just red.
Amazing work, how much does this exact transformation you have in the video cost for a stock Silverado? I am interested in transforming my 2015 Silverado (same 6 inch lift with wheels and tires, also bushwhacker flares), many thanks!
Like to know the same on price also
2017...to me the best shape ever...if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!.. designers need to learn that 😂
Looks higher on drivers side check the video..
I believe the camera angle has some to do with that!
Mine was like that, it looked tilted so I took it back in and it was off 3 inch from the rear.
I want to lift my 1500 SO BAD. Never done it before I’m new to all this but there’s nobody around where I live that does this stuff 😩😩😩
I like how he kept saying “We” like if he helped build it lol
That truck looks nice! I want Custom Offsets to do my truck too!
Yo that trap beat is sick
That beat go hard tho!
Love all the American trucks but I wanna see more Titans and Tundras. Some of them look real nice.
I have an f150 but the tundra is the best
@@francisprevel1 I agree
Gayyyy
Tundras and Tacomas are made in America as well.
Nice truck Shawn...... I would like to purchase that wheel in the middle beside your arm for my Toyota tundra in 22x12, can you send me the link for so that I can order it please.
Nice looking Chevy. 2017... right before GM ef'ed them all up :)
2018 still the same body, 2019 they made them look like transformers lol
Gorgeous truck! Im thinking of lifting mine the same.
Did you guys cut the upper control arm bump stop? Looks like it’s missing. The metal stop the upper control arm hits to limit down travel
My dream truck
This is one badass looking truck! I think you guys are one of the premier custom shops in the world! All ways fun to watch your vids. Already have my truck fixed up. May look you up if I get another one. I’m in South Georgia. Long way from y’all. You guys do a great job on the trucks and great entertainment! Keep up the good work!
Truck looks good
Guys got 6" w/35's, but missing rear window? Looks pretty sick now though.
Does anyone know if they do alignments after they do a lift or you have to go somewhere else??
We can take it to get an alignment for you!
Amazing build. Just a quick question. How much would this set up cost? I gota 2018 white silverado and I would love to build my like a this one.
Love the build, which song is used towards the end of the video?
Recently had a bd6 6" lift installed on my 2018 crew cab silverado 1500. The front wheels got pushed outward a good bit. Not the truck looks a little out of wack. I'm going to add fender flares to make everything flush but I dont want the rear to be tucked under. What should I do for a spacer in the rear?
1 inch spacer or 1 1/2 inch spacer on the rear, I’m currently running 1 inch spacer on the front and 2 inch on the rear, it’s pretty good now.
Shout out to the dude wearing the currents shirt
Awesome looking truck! Looking at lifting my '18 Silverado, but only once it's out of warranty. Will likely put something less aggressive though, around 2-3".
How are those ball joints holding up? Towards the end when you show the mods, they look pretty stressed lol ... maybe it's just me.
It’s just you.there is no stress on nothing with these lifts. Everything is at its .org. Geometry
Nice!! Thinking back to all the times I was laying on my back in the driveway lifting trucks. I wonder what it would have been like to just drive it in, then a few days later drive it out. Great build!! What fun would that be though....LOL
They should go with black accents and wheels on co2 and it would look better than this truck but I think this one is killin co2 the way they both sit
What are your guys thoughts on American Force wheels? I like the look and want something chrome and forged with a nice thick lip. Any other brands I should look into? I have a 2018 Sierra 1500 SLT and I’m going to install a 6 inch BDS Lift.
Yes those are a very good brand. You should also check out Arkon! bit.ly/2SsCm1T
Song 7:45
Was there any rear wheel well cutting, trimming or hammering done or just the front air dam only?
You can view the gallery ad here which includes the full trimming info on this truck!

Wow you gotta hack it all up to fit a BDS lift on the new Chevy 🤔
Ikr, kinda was thinking same thing. I enjoyed the video pretty humorous, just guessing dude prolly laid down 7-8k
offset seems to be about an inch too far. You can see the sidewalls pushing outwards. Im personally not a fan of that look, not much rim protection. Otherwise great work
Wouldn't that be the width of the wheel and not the offset?
@@rdone4932 yea! i suppose you are right! the tires are too wide for those rims.
Why do some rims need spacer to even them out and others don’t? I have a 2020 Trail Boss and I’m looking to get the 4” BDS coil over kit for a 6” total lift. I was wondering if I’m able to fit a 20 rim with either a -44 or -24 offset with 35” tire and 12” wide? Prefer not to have any spacers. I want the tires to stick out about 1” at the most 2”. Thanks
How good is this offroading? That would've been cool to put in the video as well
Sadly that is information we do not have!
Just bought a new z92 feel a slight lean to the passenger side , anything I can do or what might cause this ?
Can't wait for mine
@custom Offsets I heard you say you added spacers to line it up towards the end of the video, why did he need spacers if the wheel was already 12-44?
More stance
Chevy trucks tend to get really wide up front when you lift them up. I actually had to install 2in spacers to have the “square” look all around. My wheels are 22x14 -76
Dam how much does something like this cost???? How much do I need to save!!!!
basic BDS 6" lift is about 2400 with upgraded fox shocks, wheels and tires run about 2100+ depending on size/brand and the labor having a shop do it is probably another 1-2k so you'll expect to pay 6-8k having a shop do it. and if youre going to save up, its worth it to spend another 2k and get the coil over kit. i just installed them after 2 yrs on the lift struts and its a night/day difference and worth every penny
I have the same lift kit on my truck but has the magnaride suspension with recoil bars in the rear lift, bars, wheels and tires spent almost 9k drives like a Cadillac
@@tedgarcia420 recoil bars are next on my list! will bring me up to the 7k mark for just suspension work since i have done all the wrenching myself lol. if you want an even better ride swap the block for deaver springs. they are so smooth and help make the truck tow so much better
@@craig4926 oh nice man was looking into getting different springs but focusing more on my favorite hobby GUNS :) working on my custom siaga 12 SBS and a benelli m4 after I get those the way I like them I be getting different springs
@@tedgarcia420 haha thats my other expensive hobby! been on the truck mods heavy tho the past couple years lol and havnt purchased much firearm goodies.
Currents 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Nive job !! Congratuleccion !! I have a question ?? I hope you can responde!! How much is the cost 4 labor and parts ? Same work of this truck ??
Please email us at info@customoffsets.com if you are meaning to have it done at our garage!
Hahaha there's your answer, need ask more?
WATCH AT 6:24 AND little after that the drivers rear wheel and tire is severally crooked... pause it at 6:33 and you'll see what I'm talking about. spaces are super bad for any vehicle.!!!!!
There is a drain in the floor where the rear passenger tire is, so I can see how the tilt of the floor and the axle would give the illusion that the wheel looks crooked.
Not feeling the fender flares, but it’s not my truck. Other than that, nice build. 👍
Another kickass video and build guys! Yall are amazing keep em coming for us please!!!
Beautiful truck. (yes I’m late) lol
How much did it cost for the whole set up???🤔🤔🤔.
Nice clean truck 👍🏻👌🏼
Here's the gallery add for this truck which includes the wheel/tire and lift kit information and the prices of each!

Thanks customs offsets👍🏻
I wish u could do f150 2020 6" build and cost
You can check that out on the site too! customoffsets.com/gallery
So what was the price tag on this unit to get all the work done
Such a great job. You all are the best
Do you have to change the gears to do 35s on these 2018 z71s
Sweet truck, dude! Very well done!
I'm new to all of this just trying to learn. Is it because of the GM/Chevy square wheel wells that make over sized tires so hard to fit?
That plays a big part! Use our gallery for fitment help
If you only had an 18" wheel, would you have needed to fold all of that metal back to avoid any rubbing?
The wheel diameter is not the issue, its the width.
What was the actual tire size?
@@CustomOffsetsTV I ask because I have an 18, and I'm going to do a 6" lift. Was wondering how a 35×12.5×18 would work?
ive checked your gallery and am still not figured my question about fitment on my truck out. One thing says it will fit and the other says it will need major trimming. I have a 2007 silverado 1500 with 33's on 20x10's and im wanting to go to at least a 3.5 or 4 in lift kit and throw 20x12's on it. Will that fit or would i probably be better with going up to a 5 in lift?
a 4" lift would be fine OPH
Custom Offsets is the ready lift a good lift kit or would rough country be better for the price
I have the 2019 silverado Legacy and just put a 6" Pro-Comp with 20' Pro-Comp wheels and BFG 35's - I have the LD model and couldn't see what model that is your showing ?
Not sure on the exact model!
How much would somethin like this normally cost?
Zac Shoeman 80k plus
The wheel, tires, tints, fender flares, lift plus upgrade shocks and labor... About 10k...give or take a stack either direction...
MrRealSolo are you high? 80k?
Tyler Thompson lmao maybe if it was a duramax but no gasser gonna cost 80k
@@whitetailfrenzy2557 Some dealers have 75k gassers...of course a rip off! Black widow package..Mark up is like 25k!
What does a build like this cost? I just bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 and its all stock.
I have a 2018 redline off road 4 wheel drive Silverado an I have a k.n.L air induction system borals dual exhaust an im not going to lift my truck its a steet only truck
Nice build! Now for the hard part. How much out the door price wise for this package you just put on this truck? With tax?
Way too much!
There is a gallery link to this truck in the description, you can add all those to your cart and you will get the out the door price!
Did you have to recalibrate the speedometer?
You don't have to, but it will be off if you don't recalibrate it Phillip
@@CustomOffsetsTV So you DO have to it then.
Do u know what part number is the chrome mustache and tow hooks really want to change
I wonder how much wold that cost to do yo my truck
How much would this run? Looking to buy a 2017 Silverado, maybe a duramax, and getting a lift and nice kit.
@Custom Offsets I just ordered the same lift kit and have a crew cab as well. i did not do the add a leaf, will it still be level
It would be very close or may have a little squat!
Nicely done
that's so sick
Omgee I am soooo jealous!!!
How is the ride quality with the BDS front shock/strut?
Should remove the 2nd half of the front valence
That's what I did to mine and it really cleaned up the front
Awesome work how much does something like this run i have the same year and model truck 4x4 also please lmk
Here's links to this setup! bit.ly/2PGbNoe
What truck is that ik it’s a Chevy Silverado but what specs does it have
I’m in love
Clean look
