One of the best races in NASCAR history...
On bro
Tony's interview is an all-time classic
"I'm gonna bust his ass!"
- Thank you Tony
- Thank YOU
Hahaha you're right LMAO
Imma bust hes ass
first (and sadly only) nascar race i went to, that finish was so exciting
Neptuna i was there too! Ive been every year since 2011
Ey, didn't know you watched NASCAR Pluto ch.
@@coocoostryker oh hey i know you lmao
2:50:17 darrell waltrip i'm a lil i am a little concerned for denny because that was an incredibly hard hit
Got flashbacks for when he was worried about Dale at Daytona
This is one of, if not, my most favorite race to rewatch the ending of. These last 20 laps are NASCAR at its finest
Why is it that the camera angles on the in cars were so much better.
Right!? So immersive and it made you feel like you were in the car with the driver!
Good memories... Now it's just not the same...
These days, too little strategy; a broadcast that seems to be on fast forward; nobody like Larry Mac to explain strategies such as at 1:24:00. And of course cars that run full throttle all around the track stuck at 175 mph.
2022 was nuts i think this year's will be even better
The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is implemented from Gran Turismo 6 Game.
In 2020 - present is the cup series
0:41 Foreshadowing?
Keselowski and Roush
2:33:12 toyota commercial as soon as bowyer blows up lol
2:47:40 One of the best finishes in NASCAR history
0:25 We are Fox Sports
when i was a kid i thought jimmie johnson was superman. i begged and begged and BEGGED my parents to take me to a race so dad drove me and a couple of my friends an hour and a half out to this one as a birthday present. we had no idea what we were getting into but sitting in turn 4 and seeing the last lap crash in-person was one of the coolest moments of my life.
didn't record the race because we were going so i never got to see the actual broadcast. thanks so much for the upload.
34:57 BOOGITY BOOGITY BOOGITY, Lets Go Racing Boys!
2:50:46 mike joy and boy tony stewart is after logano
Logano deserved it for injuring hamlin lol
Lol at the compulsory Toyota ad right as bowyers engine blows 🤣🤣🤣 that’s fitting.
Yesssss! I've been looking for this full race for years! : D
2:40:29 Is Where You'll Find Why Tony Stewart Was Upset With Joey Logano
As much as I’d like to see another short track on the schedule, I hope the reconfiguration plans fall through Fontana’s current layout really has had some good racing
This was probably the best race with the gen-6 and probably the worst race with gen-6 is the 2014 Federated Auto Parts 400
One of the best Fontana races a must watch race for this week since the 2 mile track will be torn down after the race this year
2:50:44. The Famous Tony Stewart And Joey Logano Fight Where Tony Gave Joey A Big Old Whoopin'
With the pre-race...YES! Thank you!
Yessss
After this race, Denny would not really come back this season until Homestead. Real shame honestly
Only real race fans know how great this race was…
They should make Joey Logano race without a seat belt
NASCAR returning to Fontana in 2022
Amazing racing. I was sitting high in turn 4 near where Joey hit. One of my favorite races to attend, and re-watch.
Ive been going there since a kid in 2007 when i became a Kyle Busch fan and i can honestly say this race JJ Superman win and 2022 were one of the best at ACS. I'm gonna miss the 2 mile oval so much man 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
I've gone since October 2010. I'm going to miss this place too.
Only bright side is I have family in Michigan, so... visit to there perhaps?
@@gnnascarfan2410 oh nice my first race was the 2007 Auto Club 500 and my 2nd was that 2010 Pepsi Max 500 in October...that's what I was thinking too but no track on the circuit right now matches what Auto Clubs had been delivering for the last 12 years..
Probably one of the "quietest" wins from Kyle Busch...lol...between Logano and Stewart and Logano and Hamlin, Kyle wasn't the top headline...lol
As a KFB fan sitting near pit exit at the track this one wasn't quiet...when. I saw the smoke and Kyle coming out in 1st from turn 4 i lost my shit lol it was a crazy race
this is the 1979 Daytona 500 of this millenium
I was at this race in person. I have gone to every 2 mile Cup race since October 2010 until the last one on February 26, 2023.
I was seated down by Turn 1 and let me just say: NOBODY was seated those final 11 laps. One of the best racing I have ever seen. And all of us in Turn 1 had a front row view of the fight on pit road, since every car had to go around the Hamlin pit entry crash to pit exit. I remember a Tony Stewart fan behind me shouting "YEAH!!! KICK HIS @$$ TONY!!!!" when the punches started.
Really great memories from that day. Can't believe that just 10 years later in 2023, NASCAR is about to bulldoze this track for a short track.
i like that kyle busch wins 2 consecutive years the same race ( fontana )( plz do not hate me for liking kyle)
Easily the best overall race of the gen 6 era. Change my mind. You can't
SHEVYWOOD you right ;)
Really? 2016 Daytona 500? 2014 AAA Texas 500? I think there's quite a few better.
@@OccasionalNASCARRaces those were great finishes, not overall RACING like this one was
@@OccasionalNASCARRaces I liked the Texas one tho. But most of it was boring
Um it can’t be the best if someone got hurt especially if the driver that wrecked him said that’s what he gets. This is the race that made Joey Logano my most hated driver ever.
There I changed your mind.
This is the race where Joey Logano’s career took off. He wasn’t the best his first 4 years at Gibbs but going to Penske was a game changer for his career.
Remember this is just between you and me
Thanks for the race
Why has it never clicked in my mind that this race had that tony stewart interview
Bring Back The Gen-6 Car With The 800/850/900 High Horsepower Engine Package, And The 2014 Package, Rather Than The Next-Gen Car.
I miss the Sonic 2 guys commercials .
After seeing all those cars slam the wall after hitting Hill's oil, I can't help but feel like the early Gen 6 cars were more durable than the later Gen 6
If that happened in 2021, all those cars would be out if not running 30th laps down because they can't be competitive anymore.
In 2013, all 6 of those cars continued and competed for a top 10 and even top 5
My Favorite Part of The Race So Far: 2:57:22
He was Punching joey logano Tony Stewart am glad you are not racing anymore haha
2:40:28 Final restart
Joey Logano doesn't know how to fight anyone by himself
5:08
1:50:42
2:57:21
2:47:48 Ending
Oh My God! Jesus!
2:47:48 I was so mad when I saw this personally.. that’s when I started hating on Logano since he did this stunt!
2:57:32
"That little son of a bitch ran us clear into the infield, and he wants to fuck about everybody else and he's the one who drives like a prick .... I'm gonna bust his ass" Tony Stewart. That quote was one that Byrnes will never forget.
