    What a voice Brendan had. We don't know what we have got until it's gone. He was a total gentleman and a great showman too and he will greatly missed by so many . RIP Dear Brendan👏

    BRENDAN WAS TOO GOOD TO BE JUST A SHOWBAND SINGER HE WOULD HAVE MADE IT SOLO INTERNATIONALLY WITH THE RIGHT EXPOSURE HE WAS ALSO VERSATILE HE COULD DO ROCK N ROLL IRISH BALLADS LOVE SONGS Etc HE IS ALSO A FINE GENTLEMAN AND A FINE TROMBONIST THANKS FOR THE GOLDEN MEMORIES BRENDAN GOD BLESS AND PROTECT YOU... AND YOUR FAMILY NOW AND ALWAYS PS I LOVED THE SHOW ANDS THEY WERE GREAT 🎶❤️🌹

    I loved you singing this Brendan, just like all your songs, you were fantastic. It was so sad when you moved to America, but you will never be forgotten in Ireland. R.I.P. Nr. Ireland.

    Actually, I'd have to hand it to the man. This is a difficult song to manage, and he made a right good, powerful, go at it.

    Always reminds me of the late "Bapty" Maher of Athy. This was a bit of a party piece of his. Memories also of dancing to the Royals in the 1950s while a student in Dublin.
