knivesandtools - Thank you for stopping by our booth at the show. It was a pleasure working with Joe on this project. We hope you love the Provoke as much as we do. Thanks again!
Great design by Caswell. Love that it fits the hand so well, and can go from almost a brass knuckle to a more extreme utility. I just picked up a Provoke Compact for even easier EDC.
Well the zap I ordered came in and I absolutely love this thing, it looks and feels like quality, it feels comfortable in the hand and in the pocket and the quick draw deploy is easy and safe to do. The zap will be my son's knife and I ordered the D2 serrated provoke for myself. For years my EDC was 80% the cold steel Ti-lite 4" and the other 20% of the time I carried a Kershaw, the ckrt provoke D2 serrated will be my EDC when it arrives, guaranteed.
Thanks for the insight into the origin of this great piece!! Does the First Responder Provoke's ceramic glass breaker work? It looks way too small to be effective
@@drew1759 Everyone talks about how they are innovating... this is the only innovational concept I've seen thus far that no one else is doing. I hope they make a bit longer blade design in the future.
It is made in Taiwan so the production costs can be lowered. In fact - three times lower than the american made product will cost eventually. And this for sure does not make it three times worse! I write as a owner of the Provoke and a quality is still superb!

Sometimes it's more about practicality than looks tho, this was designed for law enforcement and emergency personnel ect. They're not gonna look at it and go "ew, this doesn't look very pretty" in a tough situation.

I bought a CRKT Provoke and it is my favorite knife in possession
I've had mine almost a year now and carry it pretty much every day and I love everything about it!! Never had an issue
Got a compact and love it. This blade is already a legend.
I ordered the provoke zap, looking forward to getting it.

That would be epic!
Surely it will cut.
It will kill.
Yesterday I wrote to his wall for his opinion. I hope he writes back!

A brass knuckle first is what he means by tool.
This guy danced like fuck around the fact of saying "this knife will fuck you up"
What's 43?
Oh that's just the number of times Joe said "uhh".

Suport mr. Caswell by buying the real Provoke so he can continue his incredible work!
I'm quite sure CRKT pays mr. Caswell to license his design :)
@@knivesandtools I mean by not buying the endless knock offs ...
@@steliannikolov4163 Ah yeah, completely agree! I figured you meant the original Mid Tech produced by Millit.
And they uhm, uhm... and if uhm, uhm . SHUT UP!
He's a knife designer, not a TV show host with an Autocue. Cut him some slack :)
Ugly knife
