  • Auto-reply emails, also known as out-of-office or vacation replies, are automatic responses that are sent to anyone who emails you when you're not available. Here's how to set up an auto-reply email in some popular email clients:
    *Gmail:*
    1. Log in to your Gmail account.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner and select "See all settings."
    3. Go to the "General" tab.
    4. Scroll down to the "Vacation responder" section.
    5. Set the "Vacation responder on" option.
    6. Specify the start and end date for your auto-reply.
