रसम साउथ इंडिया की बहुत ही प्रसिद्ध डिश है इसे वहाँ का सूप भी कहा जाता है, ये अलग-अलग तरीके से बनाया जाता है मैंने इस वीडियो में टमाटर रसम बनाया है अगर आपको रेसिपी पसंद आए तो वीडियो को लाइक और शेयर जरूर करे :)
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 5
Green chilli - 1
Curry leaves - 15
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 10
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Jaggery or sugar -1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Mai telangana ke Hyderabad se hu, Rasam bahut tarah ke bante hei, Tomato rasam, Kattu saaru(peela rasam), garlic rasam, nimma rasam aur bohot hai jiska nam nahi le satkum

Recipe is good but one thing I would like to say that while preparing food using tamarin should not use aluminium vessels because it reacts with tamarin

Rasam is the best comfort food!!! I make rasam every other day... I use ghee instead of oil... It gives more taste...
