The wording was a little wonky with Jesse asking for the 85 after Walter offers him 7000. I believe Jesse was using 85 as in 85 Hundred. Which American's often say instead of saying "eight thousand five hundred". The price of the vehicle they were buying is 8500 not 85,000.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I knew you'd be good with it. It's a fantastic character study. Best one out there besides Lost and TLO. Imo. And your outro was spot-on. You cracked up the most at my two fave scenes... telling off Bogdan at car wash.. and stunning Skylar with great sex. Poor dude finally felt like a man. He's tasted confidence.
An incredible show in Breaking Bad, and of course the amazing spin off Better Call Saul. Of course Breaking Bad is an amazing show, as it was created by Vince Gilligan, one of the major writers on The X-Files, the 'daddy' of them all. An interesting piece of trivia is Bryan Cranston got the major role on this show as Vince Gilligan was so impressed by his performance on X-Files episode Drive. This first episode sets up the series nicely introducing us to the two major characters, and their unbelievable journey through this show. The cinematography and writing on Breaking Bad is incredible. The Winnebago being the first Meth Lab is iconic in this show. You will be amazed how this show develops over the Seasons with jaw dropping scenes.

More about who can be first to talk about the future, mention upcoming characters, events, prepare for tissue, who you will hate, on and on. Plus, if she has seen that far ahead then she Has met that person so the comment was pointless. Might as well just talk about all the episode she’s seen. I mean she just watched the pilot of a series and people are already telling her to watch other shows with characters that on first viewing you would have had no knowledge of. Let her have the same opportunity.
