The fact that Suzy is not THAT excited about Breaking Bad makes me want to watch the reactions even MORE. And I think lots of fans will agree. We LOVE seeing new people get converted into true fans, especially when there’s some doubts in the beginning. I’m so excited to watch you guys fall in LOVE with this show.

I predict that it may have a slow start for some viewers but I believe you will, like the rest of us Breaking Bad fans, get involved and care about this story and many of the characters. It is well filmed, great story, and the viewer learns much of the story before the characters do. So there is a lot of anticipation and even the second time viewing it still stands up for me. I tried teaching and it’s exactly like this. I feel for Walter. I went to be an art teacher because I love art and every day it’s like you try to talk about your favorite thing to a room full of people that are just there to troll you and try to frustrate you with maybe 1 or 2 that actually are interested. Being shit on every day for 8 hours and then people wonder why teachers become grumpy and passionless.
What makes Breaking Bad twice as amazing to me is that not only did the creators make one masterpiece show but did it TWICE with Better Call Saul. So excited to have even more reactions to watch

Ah yes! The show that is totally polar opposite of Game of Thrones where instead of getting worse towards the end this one keeps getting better with every season all the way till the end. Don't let the slower pace of the early seasons fool you, all that build up leads to the most satisfying last few seasons of any TV show in history.
Legit. . . . . . Seasons 3, 4, and 5 are nearly unparalleled rollercoaster rides which could only be accomplished by the tight character development in Seasons 1 and 2

Oh, man - I'm so glad you know him as "Malcolm in the Middle's dad". Before I watched Breaking Bad, I was also only familiar with Bryan Cranston as a comedic actor. (Besides Malcolm in the Middle, he was on several episodes of Seinfeld and The King of Queens among other things.) Let's just say, Breaking Bad was a departure from what most of us were familiar with as far as Bryan Cranston was concerned. Can't wait for more reactions!
My dad used to dry money in the clothes dryer. One time someone left the lint trap out and he ended up blowing hundred dollar bills all around the backyard.
There will be times in this journey that you will need to think… “What if we were watching this when it came out and we had to wait MONTHS for the next season”.
He literally was "awake" he felt alive, where 50 years of his entire life felt like nothing to him, like there was no achievements, even though he achieved soo many things he was never "awake" till he only had 2 years left, knowing he was at the last few years of his life with almost no excitement in his life.

The only thing that you need to know about Breaking Bad, is that you are about to watch the best series ever. With the best sequel ever. This series gets better every season.
I live in the U,S and my last ambulance trip cost 900 dollars out of pocket and that happened in 2018. That doesn't include the emergency room bill which was also out of pocket. I've been paying off medical bills on a monthly basis for the past four years and will finally be done next month.

You two are in for an incredible journey here. BrBa is arguably the best tv series of them all. Even the GoT production team (during prime GoT) mentioned watching BrBa and said "We are going to have to step up our game here." There is no such thing as a perfect tv series, but BrBa comes closer than anything else I've seen. The great comedy is often drowned out by the incredible drama.

If not, there are many charities that will help you pay them and/or healthcare providers that allow you to make payments on your bill that you can afford. My family is just working class and nobody has gone into the poorhouse over cancer diagnosis, diabetes, heart disease etc.

What makes this series so rewatchable? It has so many unexpectedly FUNNY moments! It turns out comedians can do drama as well or better than dramatic actors can do comedy.

You guys are kinda clueless about healthcare in the US. A.) Medicare and Medicaid programs exist in the US and can cover most charges. B.) Most people have health insurance plans through their job. You act like anytime someone gets treatment or uses an ambulance they are going bankrupt. I had to go to the ER last year to have a procedure done and it literally cost me $0 because it was covered by my state's Medicaid plan which also covers dental and anything else.
They also pay 50% of their take home pay in taxes and I've heard quality of care varies widely. Plus, good luck trying to get any kind of health specialist to see you in any field in Canada or Europe.

You guys are kinda clueless about healthcare in the US. A.) Medicare and Medicaid programs exist in the US and can cover most charges. B.) Most people have health insurance plans through their job. You act like anytime someone gets treatment or uses an ambulance they are going bankrupt. I had to go to the ER last year to have a procedure done and it literally cost me $0 because it was covered by my state's Medicaid plan which also covers dental and anything else.
They also pay 50% of their take home pay in taxes and I've heard quality of care varies widely. Plus, good luck trying to get any kind of health specialist to see you in any field in Canada or Europe.
Breaking Bad is probably my favorite show. I hope you enjoy it.
