Solid point on why we don't meditate. I've been meditating daily for a little over 6 months and I have gotten to the point now that when the thought of "why are you sitting in silence?" I smile knowing I sit because of a question like that. Thank you Lucas😊🙏
What if the extent of pain you experience due to trauma, is so big that it can ∆ill you? What if it's not about avoiding the pain, but about controlling it? How can one release so much pain? How does one let go of it?
Honestly to meditate you don't need to just sit and stare at a wall... Taking a walk ( without phone) can actually be meditative. I find walking a lot more interesting and not to mention the health benefits of walking.

Walking is very different from learning meditation. Both are great, but definitely not the same thing.
