Great review. I’ve used both over a long period of time and they are excellent facial washes for dry skin. Neither gave me any problems. An ideal way to start the day followed by a SPF 50 sunscreen.
It depends what you mean by “harmful ingredients”. Both of these cleaners are very gentle and made for sensitive and dry skin. I would recommend the CeraVe Hydrating cleanser if you have very dry skin since it has a more moisturising formula, and the cleansing agent is more gentle than the cleansing agent in the Cetaphil product. Neither of them contain ingredients I would consider “harmful”.
