For All viewers here...... This recipe seriously works.... I made cakes from it and they turned really well.... I'm lazy so I just mixed all ingredients in mixer (i don't have that machine hand mixer) and just poured the batter in cupcake slots .... Even made a cake loaf from left over batter all turned well (actually awesome ) Note :- I measured all ingredients as per channelWALA said. I used granulated sugar as it dissolves in eggs. Also used unsalted butter which was at room temperature. Baked them :- in preheated oven at 200C. First on 160C for 17 min. 180C for 3 min 200C for 4 min. As I want crust well browned. { My oven is Samsung 800W oven on high mode} . Thanks channelWALA

@@sakurarinji4651 it doesn't matter even if batter is runny after adding flour it will come to proper consistency. And you have to speed up after adding last egg.

I make buttermilk at home. Just take a cup of regular milk and add 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Stir. Set aside for 5 mins. And you're buttermilk is ready. Works like magic!!!

He didn't miss or skip on any of the ingredients (some voglers would just show you generally and skip a few seconds here or there,or for exemple add one egg on the video,but tell you to add 3). I just made these cupcakes for an event they're perfect just in the middle between moister or dryer texture I cooked them for exactly 25 minutes on 320 degrees Fahrenheit in a confection oven they're soft and absolutely perfect looking and tasting ~tysm for the recipe ;)

This has honestly resulted in me making the best cupcakes I think I’ll ever make. The middle is so fluffy and delicious, the outside is the perfect amount of crust (if you get what I mean). It hasn’t sunk at all in the middle and the quantity of the ingredients have ensure the middle rises to make a perfect dome shape for each cake. It turned out great and is definitely a recipe I’ll use again and again , thank you very much.

Okay so according to Google it's 3/4 cup veg for 1 cup butter so for this recipe it would be 1/2 cup veg oil....if u calculate it
