We can track your food and vitamins and minerals and check you ketone levels and fill out the troubleshooting journal for a few days.
I am unaware of any interference with L-DOPA meds and fats. I think it is safe to consume more fats. The PURE study found that the more saturated fat the participants ate, the lower the incidence of strokes. They also found fats were not correlated with increased risk of total mortality, heart disease or strokes. I do nearly everything you do, (except I don't take ketones or coconut,) but have not gotten the same results

Can I eat more fat for energy, do you know if fat interferes with levodopa meds? Thank you.
