Hats off to you man!! 99% of our batchmates cant even imagine what u have already done. While people are getting comfortable in their so-called “friendly “ atmosphere in SBI, u have shown the courage by breaking the chain and motivating a lot more to “break-free”…Really appreciate your sincere efforts to guide people towards brighter days ahead! All the best!!

It's personal choice to stick with your present job or switch to other.
At least bankers are enjoying night sleep ,can you imagine how people are managing their life working in different shifts like in railway ,police and defence.
Yes bankers have lots of constraints but after augmentation of digital technology ,foot falling in branches have reduced miraculously.

It’s going to complete 12 years in banking service. I joined as a SWO and recently promoted as a senior manager. My husband is working in other sector and posted other state and I posted in other state also I have 2 little kids. I requested so many times for my transfer to that state where my husband is posted but no one listened and also I worked here 9am to 8 pm. Every day I exhausted and thought for resign but not do it just because for money just because worst memories of my old days when I struggled for job and now I just want to know what is the option for bankers after resign this job.

Mam, you are lucky because your husband is also in service.please don't sell your peace of mind, don't injustice with your kids to leave them far from father just for money.
I hope as a banker you have good investments after many years of service.
Now please purchase life for you and your family. You will not regret it but feel satisfied.
I resigned from Indian railways after 24 yrs of service in 2019 ie 16 yrs before.after 2019 I and my family feel beauty of life.

Bhaiya I need your suggestion .. I am working as a clerk for last 10 years in SBI in my home town 14 km from my house.. I did not apply for promotion because my father has been expired in 2018 and no one here to take care of my family . I married in year 2019 I live with my wifeand 3 years old child and my old aged mother ... Recently I got selection letter of high school teacher in jharkhand state govt ... In bank my basic is 34000 after 10 years of service and in state govt my starting basic will be 44900 . My place of posting in high school is just 800 meters from my home ... Bhaiya give me suggestions ... What should I do ... In bank there is nps but in state govt there is old pension scheme .... I am so much confused after thinking that there is stable salary in sbi which comes timely Whether I should quit sbi or join state govt job or should go with sbi .... As there my service completed 10 years but how i will manage in future because no one is here to look after my family ..

High school teacher is 100th times better than SBI join that you will be happy. you have to do 2-3 class per day and in remaining time will be free and in teacher job there is low chance of transfer and you will aslo get old pension i.e far better from nps go ahead and join state government.
