Sir I am Asstt.Manager of a bank for last 4 years. Now I intend to join in IT industry. Although at the beginning of the career I was in IT industry. Now will you please guide me for getting jobs in IT industry. Mrs. maity.
If you were already in IT industry then you can go to a similar track or you can pick some certifications which can be helpful to get back to IT. Depending on your gap from IT things might have changed. So it is easier if you pick some skills before joining IT.
I have been working with a PSU Bank for the past three years. I would like to switch my career to Business Analyst. Which courses should I learn and will companies hire with banking sector experience and course knowledge related to BA?
Yes, based on your experience in Banks. You can certainly become a BA in the FinTech or BFSI sector. There will be requirement for people like you who have first hand experience of the industry. But you will certainly have to do some certification that can qualify you for BA specific roles.
I completed mechanical engineering in 2019, worked in Amaron one and half year..now working in private bank from one year currently I am thinking to shift to IT for more money ...please guide me
Money depends on what value you can create. If you are thinking to get into IT. Then what skills do you have that make you valuable in this industry. This will be important for you to think. Remember money is only an exchange for the value you create. It does not matter which industry you work in if you can create value then you will get more money in return.

Hello sir in this video you talked about development and support department.please also share which courses or certification can be done for getting into sales and management department of IT companies.kindly give some examples
There are two paths for Sales in Software Companies. One is to start in Software Development and then move into Sales after a few years of experience. Another is to become a Business Analyst in some Software Company. Management depends on the path. Whether you want to get into Project Management roles or you want to get into Operational Management. These are different things. Generally the starting point remains same. To first get into a Software Company as fresher in any field. It can be Development, Support or QA. Then from there learn things about software business and move into Management or sales after few years of experience.

Salaries are a problem in every industry. 80% of people dont get the salaries they deserve. Only 20% people get. There are many factors. But in IT Industry you will have to start all over again. Also the salary you are looking for may be possible only if you have amazing skills. So you have to do some research and see how much efforts are required to get the salary you want and then decide.
