One Bowl Chocolate Cake

250g All purpose flour
3 large eggs
1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 and 1/4cup of hot water
200g sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1tsp instant coffee granules
1/4 tsp salt
I tsp vanilla or coffee flavour
2 tablespoon Chocolate chips(optional)
