Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This video is a lifesaver. We bought the new model thermocouple but no diagram & no online instructions even from manufacturer!! As a result, our first attempt was a screw up & took lots of time/angst. We finally managed to correct & succeed after watching your video & new thermocouple!
Flange meets flange, that is what I needed to know. Just an observation, if you had done got in closer with your camera it would have been better, audio and visual working together. Thanks for sharing.
Thermocouple Kit 4233900 I've been looking for this product which has been discontinued. Could I change it out to a universal push style instead of using the old thermocouple?

I know you posted this awhile ago, but thank you. I was struggling with this.
I'm glad it was helpful. The manufactures don't really explain it very well on their packaging. Cheers!
Thank you! I had no idea which direction the coupler and clasp went and you showed me! Nice work!!
Thank you! Glad the video was helpful.
Excellent explanation. Good job!

Hi Pravïn, Glad it helped out. Thanks for the feedback!
@@PROSDIY Hello! Absolutely! :)
Thank you, this helped....
Is it the same assembly with the flange meets flange for a older furnace?
Depends on the furnace. There are 1000s of makes and models. Most water heater/furnace thermocouples are generic though. With a couple of exceptions.
@@PROSDIY thanks
