And to be honest, I started seeing those numbers after 6 months in business once I got more experience and learned how to play the partial game. Real talk on what you said in the end of your video. 10 thousand a month definitely ain't bad for a none cdl set up. That's just motivation for a cdl set up. When the biz is up its up. When it's down it's down.

I need your fuel numbers. I'm running about 5,000 miles a week, $7,500 in fuel a month (heavy loads). I use my rewards for free showers. I'm doing my own fuel and oil changes, monthly ($150). This is all based on May's numbers. I need to run non-cdl. Lol
I'll have to re-comment on this video at the end of this month. But netting the 6k base I need to do hotshot is getting hard to do. And last month I fell short by almost 1k! Maybe the company I'm leased under is dropping the ball on rate negotiations or them are just the as-is rates. What do you think?

How are you getting 12.5 mpg? My pos averages 9.5. That new truck tows that much better?
I haul real light & low loads on 7k axles . I get around 15-16 MPG empty

You need to add an auxiliary fuel tank so you can get free showers. I’ve never paid for a shower. The tank pays for itself.

I run Reefer . I parked my truck in February 28th because broker don’t want to pay my rate which is no less than 4 dollar per mile .

Cheap loads , broker will continue paying almost nothing .
Hauling cheap rates will put you in really bad position .
Obviously brokers know that , no matter how much money we make we will never save , ah
