- Orange Lake Nursery here to show you a SIMPLE step by step on how we pot the tissue cultures. It will show you the final step in the acclimating process; adding it to your humidity dome. Make sure to place your new plantlets under a great grow light.

Do I need to use an antifungal or hydrogen peroxide when deflasking? Can I use just perlite for a substrate?
Just ordered a TC from you guys, can't wait for it to arrive! Great break down of the acclimation process. Once acclimated do they require the same general care as my other deliciosas?

Hi! Yes a fully spectrum grow light :-)
How long do i need to leave it in the dome cup? When do I acclimate it to room air?
We recommend the entire process taking about a month. So you would add an hour each time you increase the length of time it is in natural air

Will it need direct or indirect sunlight? TFS
Grow lights would be best. Lots of light and humidity 😊

Grow lights are a must 😊But we don't use any heat mats!
Does it matter what color grow light?
We don't use any colored grow lights but many people do
...There`s no need to open it to check the roots, to clean it....- that`s the hardest part!
Yes!!! That is where everyone who is acclimating for the first time always goes wrong :-) They love the plant to death!
