May 023 I was diagnosed with ckd. I was 72+, hard-working female, but relationships with any kind of sports were like mullahs and the peace with the world 😂. I found a gym club, and since, shape, strength, and mental health wise I am much better. Now I am 73+ and today a friend from the gym told about you. I stopped boxing because of my elbow, i go back to it next week . I am more than thankful, not only from myself but also my teenage students. Now I can do this 1st course. I am sure these young souls can, too.❤
Thank you for these Krav Maga and Taekwondo lessons. They made a big impact to my weight loss journey during lockdown (from 160lbs to 124 lbs). I also developed new skills at home because of these. I still take these lessons twice or more because they are very helpful. Thanks for your hardwork!
Excellent lesson. Thank you. I've been to quite a few martial arts classes and they have tended to rush through the actions. You break them down and take it nice and slowly and systematically. Much better. Looking forward to the subsequent lessons.
If you ever come to Malaysia you should visit and train together with my teacher...i think the exchange of knowledge will be invaluable.....thanks for your lessons on video
At first NAMASKAR, GURU Ji(MASTER) I m following you. N I appreciate your hard work And it's really helping me a lot... Lots of love&respect for you from INDIA...
Perfect class! I am an active 60 years old woman with some knowledge in Krav Maga . Although I know the punches I struggled a lil to keep at your pace. BUT I love the way you taught the kicks step by step! I am soaked & wet and can’t wait to check class #2 this Saturday . Thank you again.
I AM NOT AN ENGLISH but i can slightly understand English language .I like this lesson. It's too difficult for me because i am attending such type of class for the first time but I am enjoying and doing it.Thank you for such a great class .i want to ask a question that i have to attend new class(next lesson ) daily?
Good evening, Mr. C. Sorry to bother you again. Whenever I execute burpee or similar movements, my lower back on the right side becomes sore and not the good type of sore. Could you please recommend some strengthening and flexibility exercises to get rid of this problem? Many thanks in advance
Scientific evidence suggests that static stretching before an workout can be detrimental rather than helpful, would it be okay to do the stretching exercise after the workout. Please educate me if I am wrong.
Thank you so much for this Master Jim& Alex. Could unfortunately not do much of the striking exercises due to injury, but even so my pillows are much better behaved now! Quick question on improving dexterity and control on the non dominant leg for kicks? I found this to be the toughest exercise of the lot. Is it just repetition of the exercise in general that will improve it? Corne (L3)
Repetition is key with this one, but if you're having trouble getting the non dominant leg, I'd recommend working the motion at a lower height so it's easier to manage and fully extend. Just work the kick knee level, eventually raising it up higher as your dexterity improves.
Hey how you doing my name is Dwayne I don't have a belt I just started doing this with you online I'm not even sure where you're located I really enjoyed the first workout I have a question for you though I see that you have continuous lessons so after I do lesson one do I just keep going to lesson two or should I keep going over lesson one for so long? Really enjoyed this appreciate you sharing thanks
Hello Dwayne, No right or wrong really. Many people like to complete all 24 lessons then go back and repeat the series. That way offers more variety to your workouts. Great to have you training with us! Enjoy!
This seems like a fantastic video for a boxing/kickboxing workout but it doesn't seem like a Krav Maga workout given they hit open handed from other videos I have seen.
Hello, No right or wrong way to use the video's. Some people like to repeat a video before moving on to the next, others like to complete the whole series and then repeat the series. At our school most people practice a minimum of 3 times a week. So practice every other day if that feels right, more if your body can handle it. Great to have you training with us. Enjoy!
Hello and welcome! No right or wrong way. Some people like to take a class and move on immediately to the next lesson, complete the entire series of 24 lessons and then go back and repeat starting at lesson #1. Really depends on how you like to learn. Others will repeat the class 2-3 times them move on. Hope that helps!
I read that KM is good at self defense and I really wanna learn krav maga but is this effective if I don't train without a sparring partner and just by watching this and practicing? But I also wanna learn how to fight like reallyyy fight and also do self-defense, dogging and to be fast. I don't know what type of martial art I should train for especially since I only have online resources....please help haha
Hi there! If you're diligent about your online training, regardless of the style, you can definitely develop real skills from it. There is unfortunately no substitute for a real-life instructor who can give you corrections and push you if you need it, but if you're willing to give it your all, you can accomplish a lot even just practicing on your own. We're honored to be a part of your martial arts journey with our online Krav Maga lessons :)
