  • Hello.
I made tapering jig and stop block for Fritz and Franz jig.
easily and quickly build four-sided tapering legs.
And it can be used regardless of the length and thickness of the legs.

Excellent - thank you. I am new to owning a sliding panel saw and your jig videos are very helpful.

Your videos are very nice to watch. And you come across some one who cares not just the technical, and the practicality of the tools or furnitures you make. But also in the way things look. Beautiful!!!

May I ask what is the brand or name of the caliper/marking gauge you use at 0:16? I have tries to search for such an item in North America and haven't been able to source one, but maybe I'm searching for the wrong terms. Thanks!

      Hello
The tool that appears around 0:16 is called "Scriber Gauge."
The product I use is from Japan, and it's from MATSUI company.
Excellent precision. There are many sizes and types.
There are also cheap Chinese products. I don't know the precision because I haven't used Chinese products.
I hope you found it helpful. Have a good day.😀

I really enjoyed the Fritz and Franz jig.
What is the diameter of the turned knob?
    Thanks.

      Hello. Nice to meet you.
Did you mean the black knob used for the stop block?
It's size M6, and we used 32mm in diameter and 20mm in height.
Thanks for watching. Have a good day.😀

Thanks for the response. I was refering to the knob that you turned located on the push side of the jig. You stained it red.

I misunderstood the question. I'm sorry.
It's a size M8, and the handle is 75mm long.
The height of the handle from the floor is 40mm.
I hope it helps you. Thank you.👍
