@@Noa_Lynn Most crocodilians do, except Gharials, as their snouts are very narrow and they don't have the capacity for the whole brood, so the babies ride on their backs
Actually the story behind the crocodile and the man from sighting number #7 is really heartwarming The man's name is Ambo and the crocodile is called Riska ( you can hear the other guy calling its name video) Thet were not just some local people who approached a random crocodile but was looking for Riska. One day while Ambo was fishing he encountered the crocodile. (Not a fully grown yet but about three feet long). He noticed that a big plastic bag was caught in it's mouth and it was choking. Bravely Ambo jumped on the predator and tried to pull it's mouth open while wrestling with it. He pulled out the plastic and saved it from certain death. Not for long after ambo left the place he realized that the croc was following him and swam beside the boat. Ambo gave it some fishes and the croc followed him all the way near his house along the shore. Since then they've been friends and he named the croc RISKA. Riska would come visit Ambo and Ambo would go off with his boat looking for Riska if it doesn't show up as a pet owner would look for her dog. And when he finds it he would feed it fishes and chickens. Even Ambo's son grew atteched to it. Ambo would pet it and kiss it. And their friendship has been a miracle till this day.
Reptiles don't feel love the way mammals do. All he's done is train the crocodile that it can get food with minimal effort and not have to attack. That thing would absolutely eat him if he left himself vulnerable looking.
For those who are unaware, alligators are very patient creatures and will lay around on banks or in the water in the same spot for hours at a time, waiting for their prey. Unlike crocodiles that are very impulsive and will most likely charge at you a lot more quickly. This alligator in #19 was just waiting patiently for his or her next meal to come along.
WRONG. Crocodiles are far more aggressive & dangerous vs alligators. I know because I've been living here in central Florida since 1969 and have been boating & fishing our lakes & rivers during all this time. I encounter gators, including big gators quite often. Here in Florida, there may be a gator attack only once every few years on average.....sometimes less. Crocodiles on the other hand, kill an average of 1000 ( ONE THOUSAND ) people EVERY YEAR. They claim the death toll to humans is even higher, because many of the fatal attacks happen in remote villages deep in Africa, where many are of these fatal attacks are never reported to the authorities. Look it up.
Alligators AND crocodiles do not lay on the banks "to hunt". They lay on the banks to absorb the heat from the sun to speed up their metabolism, otherwise, they would remain very slow because they are cold blooded. ALL gators & crocs do their hunting from the water, where they can remain concealed from their prey that approaches the water's edge to either drink or bathe. Gators AND crocs can launch themselves onto prey standing at the water's edge ( or wading or swimming ) much quicker from the water using their tails mostly. They can't launch/pounce nearly as quickly on land vs in the water. However, both gators and crocs do on occasion crawl out of the water to capture prey ONLY if the prey is too far from the water's edge. This is very rarely though, because ALL animals have to drink from a lake, river, or creek sooner or later.
#15 Geniunely good lads, endless respect for them taking the effort and risk to cut the line as close to the mouth as possible in order to protect the animal.
The clip of the man and his dog VS. the alligators made me freak out. My dog is stubbornly protective, the type who will jump at potential threats to protect me without a care for her own safety. I'd never take her kayaking even in safe waters in fear of the worst for her. Clips like that give me anxiety, but these videos as a whole are so good...
To me there isn't a more terrifying creature, the water they stay in alone freaks me out immensely. Not being able to see through it, something that size, completely cloaking itself, building speed, at the same wondering how many are in there, and where. I've been to Florida a few times growing up, mostly Marco Island, and part or Naples, the few times I've seen one up close made me freeze, staring one in the face, obviously from a distance, is horrifying.
Okay but like, could you imagine being that gator from #11. You've accidentally found yourself far from home in search of a snack when suddenly the land aliens start dragging you across the yard into a pipe just to tumble you around for a while and then take you back home. I'd be a little fearful too.
Okay one advice : under circonstances involving a crocodile or in croc territory, *splashing in water is a really Bad idea since it make you look like a prey wich you dont want*
@@RH-tv9hkI was actually expecting Carl to slap the crocs nose😂the dude didn’t look to happy with the croc😂 Also he was sitting so close and so calmly it made me so nervous ahahaha

The paddle board one was wild. I live in Florida and there’s a really pretty spring with manatees and I think my friend has seen maybe one alligator. The only difference with that spring and the one in the video, you can actually see in the water. I can’t imagine going paddle-boarding in that.

And their friendship has been a miracle till this day.
probably eat him one day as a final Thanks
26:52 are you talking about this clip?
@@goldentoast69 yes I am
#5 is also the same dude feeding Riska
Reptiles don't feel love the way mammals do. All he's done is train the crocodile that it can get food with minimal effort and not have to attack. That thing would absolutely eat him if he left himself vulnerable looking.
For those who are unaware, alligators are very patient creatures and will lay around on banks or in the water in the same spot for hours at a time, waiting for their prey. Unlike crocodiles that are very impulsive and will most likely charge at you a lot more quickly. This alligator in #19 was just waiting patiently for his or her next meal to come along.
just like to point out. Crocodiles are extremely patients as well. both species are patient and impulsive. It all depends on the age and situation
Dude crocs wait for hours before attacking unless they know you’re leaving, then they strike
Crocs are no different in thst regard
These croc encounter videos are never complete without a Florida Everglades kayaking trip that went horribly wrong
Wait is there a video of that?
we need more details
You mean paddleboarding trip
Gators in Florida usually
@Alien Zord Falcon not always. There are crocodiles in Florida too
Sheesh, #20 was nightmare material,i even flinched.
I’d be completely lost without those red arrows and circles! What a great idea! 😂😂
Fuck sake, YES 😂😂😂😅
The clip of the man and his dog VS. the alligators made me freak out. My dog is stubbornly protective, the type who will jump at potential threats to protect me without a care for her own safety. I'd never take her kayaking even in safe waters in fear of the worst for her. Clips like that give me anxiety, but these videos as a whole are so good...
What if you are kayaking in California where there are no gators or crocs?
@@chrisx5127 I still wouldn't because my dog is scared of the water. But if she wasn't scared of water to begin with, then it's a maybe.
@@ErinRogoff I wonder why there are no crocs and gators in California. California can get pretty warm as well.
@@chrisx5127even crocs know to avoid crazy.
1:11 unsuspecting tourists? Aren't they clearly on some sort of river cruise while hanging bait out.....
Just a hunch, but I don't think slapping the water deters a crocodile.
i mean wtf would u do my guy
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Bahaha! This video has certainly taught me you’re right about that!
Splashing attracts them rather than scare them off. Mimics injured animal or easy meal. Same with sharks.
Number 20 my soul would have left my body if I was that guy
And poop would of left my arse:-)
This video seems like a Darwin Prize nomination
New croc/gator video! Thank you so much for keeping this series going.
You're welcome
Universal response to seeing an alligator while invading their natural territory…
“Oh $h*t!”😂
much better than the shorter ones,a few mixed animal compilations at this length would be cool
The man in 18 using his dogs tail as a leash sent me rollinf😂😂😂
6:15 really got me and tossed my phone onto my face 🤦🏻♀️
Ye man
To me there isn't a more terrifying creature, the water they stay in alone freaks me out immensely.
Agreed. Gators and crocs are TERRIFYING 😅
ONG 😭😭😭
Imo i have the same fear for sharks but gators are definetly more aggro
@@Chizlin2693 gators are not that agro at all usually, nor are sharks. Gotta be scared and careful of the crocs tho
@@diegofavaratozfilms962 so...exactly what I said?
Excellent video
I enjoy this, thanks
Okay but like, could you imagine being that gator from #11. You've accidentally found yourself far from home in search of a snack when suddenly the land aliens start dragging you across the yard into a pipe just to tumble you around for a while and then take you back home. I'd be a little fearful too.
I hate it when people mistake crocodiles for alligators
Okay one advice : under circonstances involving a crocodile or in croc territory, *splashing in water is a really Bad idea since it make you look like a prey wich you dont want*
At that point they are just getting themselves in danger
Or just dont swim in croc infested waters💀
@@Chizlin2693 I mean...you dont always know. Some places have them marked but not everywhere
5:34
“Seemingly average crocodile encounter”
“Life threatening situation”
I’d say they’re the same things
“Never let them know your next move”
Random ppl: *Aggressively slaps water with boat paddle*
This was actually entertaining.
Edit: wow this channel is the best
Love your name👍🤣👍
Nice video. Your efforts can be seen 🙂🙂
I love crocodile encounters.
They are so scary🥶
It's great that Annette is willing to help these people
I love how he puts the title as "Top 30 Scariest 'Crocodile' Encounters of the Year" even though there are multiple alligators in these clips
30:30 croc’s instinct kicked in, then he was like “nooooo, can’t eat Carl, Carl is friend…”
😂 That seems to be what happened😂
@@RH-tv9hkI was actually expecting Carl to slap the crocs nose😂the dude didn’t look to happy with the croc😂
Also he was sitting so close and so calmly it made me so nervous ahahaha
Paddle boarding on top of gators?! I couldn’t in my dreams even if i wanted to
The sound the gator jaws makes as it snaps shut! Bone chilling😳👀
What l noticed in alot of the clips is people where annoying the crocodiles so yeah lucky they didn't get eaten 😂 Cheers from Linda in Australia
Thx for the news videos 💪😎🫶
Imagine going to their territory and tells " get out of here"
Crocodile: girl uh uh
😂😂😂😂😂
I came here to be scared and ended up jumping off my chair a couple of times..i'm satisfied ^^ thank u
30:38 Thats not even holding composure, that is simply a man with no worries.
He saved the creature from choking, and the two are "friends"... search up "Ambo" and crocodile or "Ambo saves crocodile from choking on plastic bag.
Now he feeds it almost daily.
The paddle board one was wild. I live in Florida and there’s a really pretty spring with manatees and I think my friend has seen maybe one alligator. The only difference with that spring and the one in the video, you can actually see in the water. I can’t imagine going paddle-boarding in that.
Im so glad you used the enormous red arrow to show me. I might have never seen the things😂
Do a 30 scary Shark encounters.
These are among some of the most dangerous predators on this planet. Why risk your life by going into their environment😳
Unsuspecting tourist see a crocodile on a crocodile tour 🤔🤔😂.. wow 🤯
This dude needs to be narrating shows on tv, love his relaxing voice
You say “unfortunately” a lot when nothing bad happens XD
Some encounters were by accident that no one expected but some of them deserved to be hurt in order to learn a lesson in a hard way.
your channel has grew so much the last time i watched you were at 20k subs woah
Kayak down rivers with Crocs, GENIUS!!!
The 24th must have felt pain in jaws for few days 😂😂
Florida man here... and had no idea people actually got in the water with these things... thought it was common knowledge you dont swim with gators lol
Fr I’m also from Florida 😂
The guy in video #7 and #5, his name is Ambo, from East Kalimantan (Borneo Island).
That big croc there? Her name is Riska. Ambo took care of her for more than 25 years, considered and treated her as his own daughter. Seems that the big girl Riska doesn't really mind so far 😉

That scared me to 😦
In the first one it's not really unimaginable that the mother tries to protect her child from being stolen or killed. It's a good video tho
The Australian youtuber had two videos in this compilation, he deserves what's coming.
Well of course no one died I mean after all...
Cameraman never dies 😂😂😂
6:15 - 6:20- the camera stops recording.... It was the croc that then uploaded the video clip on RUclips
Technically speaking the camera fouodve been recovered and the footage extracted before being alread aeound by someone else. Obviously its unlikely that happened, but not impossible
that second ‘warning shot’ wasn’t just a warning 😂
Nope they killed it dead…..to@@ers.
10:34 him: fishing crocodile: oh hey dude wanna go get a drink!
