This week, Coyote and the gang venture across Australia's deadliest river. This waterway is home to hundreds of enormous Saltwater Crocodiles. In this episode, the team sets out to answer one big question: could a human survive a swim across a crocodile infested river? And exactly how "aggressive" are these reptiles? Time to find out!

Sneaky is a very impressive and beautiful beast. His head alone looks to be a good 3 to 4 feet. You can tell he spends a lot of time down there with all the algae growing on his face. Truly a prehistoric hold back.
Yeah, just wow!
yeah and hes more like 2000 lbs at 18ft long, they probably meant to say 1000 KG
Yep, Sneaky is a real monster. He is however about 10 feet shorter than the current record, set in 1957 on the Norman River in Queensland. Google Krys Pawlowski, the lady who shot him. There's a life sized statue outside the Normanton Shire Office. Pleasant dreams ...
Imagine how excited Jack must've been

@@Meepie_Playz it was great
They are not Dinosaurs. Dinosaurs are specific type of animal, not all "prehistoric reptiles" are Dinosaurs. Even in the colloquial sense dinosaur still refers to specific kind of animal, and that animal isn't a croc.
How about you read up on Crocodiles that could eat dinosaurs. Largest Crocodiles that could prey on massive carnivores in the prehistoric era. What about those from the past? How did they evolve?
Brave Wilderness never cease to amaze and shock me about how insane our world is.

From one member of the Coyote pack to another I say I'm glad you got to do this Jack! I'd be thrilled to be able to hang out with Coyote and do an episode with him!
Thanks bro
*Be brave, stay wild, and not go in danger unlike him, his a professional* ❤
Yes.✨
Do what you want. Don’t listen to RUclips comments lol.

that was a nice ending intro of coyote's video !! LOL 😂😂😂
He’s
It’s honestly a miracle that he’s still alive.
I like how the crocodile named "Sneaky" is also covered in "camoflouge" in the form of what looks like moss.
I wonder if that's because he hangs at the bottom mostly...?!!
9:00 Croc is almost as big as the boat, amazing. 😲
The little croc looked so cute to me 😭
I wish Steve Irwin was still with us. I have a feeling he and Coyote would get along. Coyote is like the American version of Steve Irwin.
That’s so cool to bring the fan with you to the cage, you’re awesome man!
I'm coyote Peterson, and I'm about to enter the bite zone with: the hippopotamus
lol
I cant believe Jack got to swim safely with a legendary beast! Oh, and some crocodiles too
He was great
I'm surprised nobody thought to implant a tracking chip to Dominator to pinpoint his location if he's popular with tourists. I'm mean sure it wouldn't be good to bother him 24/7, but if he was in a specific location on the river from time to time, it would be convenient to keep a record of his movements if he's as big as they say.
y-you gonna volunteer to try??
@@ethantan2913they can tranquilize him
It would be very difficult. Crocodiles are easily stressed, so catching them for anything can lead to their death. They don't do well being put under. You wouldn't be able to tag them like you would a shark. Look at Sneaky's scales. You'd bend a needle trying to get anything done.
How can I be sooooo fascinated yet terrified by these creatures?
Hello
The river also has extremely strong currents too. And Saltwater crocodiles are also one of the few animals on the planet that would actively hunt humans. It has happened in the past especially during WW2 when the Japanese were eaten in a large swamp on Ramree island by these large crocodiles.
Most dangerous animals (excluding humans obviously), on Earth in my opinion.
1. Water Buffalo
2. Hippopotamus
3. Polar Bears
4. Saltwater Crocodiles
5. Golden Lancehead viper
mosquitos: hold my malaria
@@itsjackson debatable, since its the malaria doing the killing, not specifically the mosquito itself. but still a good point.
Water Buffalo over tiger is nuts......
Tigers have killed more than 300000 humans till date
@@Rohith-fd6qu He probably meant cape buffalo, but even so, I'd argue tigers are more dangerous, since they're much more likely to attack humans unprovoked.
I’d argue polar bears are more dangerous or at least as dangerous as hippos and water buffalo. If we’re talking sheer casualty numbers that’d be different, as the vast majority of people will never be even close to polar bear territory, so the number of deaths and injury by polar bear will remain very low compared to other predators.
I can say this as an Australian you would have no chance in hell being able to cross that river I have heard stories a fisherman going down to collect their fish because they are stuck on a log and the fisherman being taken by a massive saltwater Beast
I think I'd rather lose my meal ticket than my life. Good grief
Amazing episode Coyote and the crew! Thank you for entertaining us and educate at the same time 🙂
I agree with your comment that what you said right now man ! 🙂👍🏼
one of the few animals that regularly view adult humans as food, and not just due to mistaken identity or due to being unable to hunt normal prey (along with polar bears, nile crocs, komodo dragons, largest constrictor specimens, and a couple others).
What are the others ?
@@Brandon-hg7ic maybe debatably some species of sharks (tiger, oceanic whitetip?), some big cats maybe (although usually its a case of the cat being unable to hunt normal prey i think?), other large crocs as well maybe too. hyenas sometimes.
Some eagle species see children as prey
So grateful to have you out at the river, sorry we couldn’t get ya dominator nor Brutus. Hope you come again soon, will try again to get the king of the river. Ain’t no zoo sadly 🤪, definitely are a lot more active before the matting season. pretty common during June July August.

What would happen if while the chicken is on the rod and the croc has it in his mouth, and the croc just yanks really hard and drags the whole fishing rod and the person down with it into the water, is that a possibility?
@@wippoutmy7634 we’ll definitely can end up losing the bamboo pole from time to time but incredibly unlikely you’d be dragged in with the pole cause you’ll have no choice but to just let go.
That's what I was wondering surly all it takes is one to death roll and your over
Just courius how big are the two you didn't run across if this big one was 18ft and round 1115 pounds i think ya said like how big do them guys whos seen the other two think they might be in length and weight ???

nothing about this video was dangerous mate xD
@@jefe58the guy on the boat feeding them could have slipped and fell in the water….the fencing was only up to his knees.
the number of feeding tours has encouraged crocs to be closer to boats due to them expecting to be fed
Imagine all that water vanishing, what we would see would be a nightmare there's definitely dozens of crocs down there if not more than that.
Exactly, that whole river screams death!
If The Dominator is bigger than Sneaky, all I can say is "wow!"
0:32 “Arguably one of the most dangerous rivers on the planet. The reason for that…it’s in Australia”
Plenty of safe rivers in Australia

It's a good day when coyote uploads ☺️
crocs are my favourite animals thanks for this video
Thank you for reinvigorating my love for wild animals and the outdoors 😊
Coyote is back!!!
I love his videos and learning animals❤
Next challenge: cuddle for 5 minutes with dominator.
I went to the everglades as a kid, and a child fell in off the jetty! About 3 adults grabbed him - luckily he was fine but that's a story to tell!
I'm Australian and I know a kid who jumped on top of a freshwater croc up north without seeing it. It latched on to his leg and really opened it up. They don't generally attack people but the kid did land on it
"I'm Coyote Peterson and I'm about to enter the bite zone of the saltwater crocodile!"
BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
i’m crying while watching this😂i completely forgot about him. i remember 4 years ago i would always watch his videos with my dad and brother. we even bought the book he has😂just made me sad realizing how fast time went by and how many things can change little by little. stay brave coyote! your a good guy!
Coyotes not just educating people. But maybe showing youngsters to show toughness and to be brave, and get outdoors
My dad told me a story about Louisiana, USA. One night in the 70s my dad was at a bar with some coworkers. It was just across a bridge from the cheap motel they were all staying in, they were traveling railroad workers. So while at the bar, one of the men realized he left his smokes behind and went back to the motel. On his trip back he decided to wade through the water as the walk to the bridge and all was a distance. But you could literally see the bar from the motel parking lot. In the morning they were in awe at the river he had crossed. Shallow water, but infested with gators all over from shore to shore. A valuable lesson for an old Kansas boy
How did he survive then?? No way.
Sneaky clearly maxed out his thief skill tree.
Feel like this is as good a place as any to ask, but
"Do you think it would be worse to be eaten by a Crocodile, or a Bear then?"
The Crocodile is going to snap limbs and eat you alive. Whereas the Bear is going to slowly eat your face while standing ontop of you. So which would be worse? At least you might asphyxiate from the Bear perhaps? I've always thought it was Bear, but I never considered Crocodile. Thoughts?
Don't forget the partial drowning in dirty water!
Crocs have the strongest bite force. They said the crocs could pulverized a human skull. Did you see the video where a croc exploded a watermelon to smithereens with one massive bite??!!! Think I'd take my chances with a bear...
Coyote, I have a good idea- I think you could make a great video and drag a dead pig, or an edible manaquin across the river on a rope at the speed of a swimmer and see if it makes it to the other side? You could do this experiment at several crossing spots, to really gauge the odds?
These videos give me such anxiety but I can't stop watching lol
I am a Canadian who took a Jumping Crock Cruise down the Adelaide in 2014 when I visited Darwin. They pick you up at your hotel early AM in the tour bus and return you at night. What a fantastic day we had. It was only around $100.00 back then. I remember they had to remind people not to rush to one side of the boat to get a better view of the crocks because we could tip over. I was frozen to my seat after that 😂😂😂😂
Fun Fact! did you know that the saltwater crocodile has the strongest bit of any living animal and that they can kill a great white shark?
Nice! I m currently backpacking Australia and I was in Northern Territory in July. I couldn’t believe the amount of crocodiles we saw on the Adelaide river!
Did you enjoy Australia mate?
From one Jack to another, that was awesome -- what an impromptu opportunity. He was definitely brave, and definitely wild!!
Sneaky was actually such a sweetie. He was so gentle when trying to take the meat from them. He just wanted a snack and was happy to be there. What a gorgeous animal

I went to Kununurra and mates that lived up there, they took me camping& barramundi fishing. They all slept whole night 20m off the bank in mosquitoe net's. Being first time up there I couldn't sleep as every time I opened eyes I could see crocodiles shining eyes looking at us. I would get up and throw a couple of rocks near it to scare it away. It was one of my longest nights ever. They told me one time a massive crocodiles about 5m came into their camp and they all got on roof of landcruiser, after 15hrs of crocodile not leaving and laying waiting they had to shoot it. Mate was so heartbroken to do this to giant of nature. They couldn't even pull it too the water for others to feed on because of size. Avagud1

Why are you teasing these crocks or alligators. That’s terrible to do that.
They approach the boat and can take the food easily if they wanted
Crocs* also it’s not teasing it’s testing how agile the creature can be. If they just poked the meal in the water the croc would not use any effort to eat it
