- These are my tactics, but you can come up with your own. I just keep experimenting with different routines, trying to find something that helps me work on the next piece of myself that needs working on.
I urge you to do the same.

The best time to do something for yourself was 5 years ago... The second best time is NOW.
"do it while u still care"
That's the key.
Step 1 for me was learning to love myself. Now I've flipped my life around and I've been living very happily since. If a piece of shit like me can change, anyone can.
Don't call yourself a piece of shit. 😀
Awesome that you're happy, but you were never a POS. You just made poor choices. You've got to be okay with who you were as well as who you are.
@@Elric54 Thank you 2 for your kind words, but I purposely lived my life making everyone I came in contact with miserable. I thrived on treating the world the same it treated me since I was a child. I was the epitome of a piece of shit. Lol. But again, thanks. Hahah.
Same here; finally got therapy after a year and a half on the waiting list (and ten years before that being on/off with anxiety and depression)
I don’t degrade my self worth or say horrible things about myself anymore, and my life is so much better. Also I recommend meditation at least once a day or practicing mindfulness/keeping a mood journal, it honestly really helps
@@Red_Eyed
Even so, it’s a silver lining because you realise it was a bad choice, and from then on you can only ever make better choices. No one can remove the mistakes they made, but we can try to fix them or at least learn from them 🙂
Just starting is the hardest part of all. Once I truly start, I'm practically unstoppable. When I was able to run, sometimes I wouldn't feel like it. But, I told myself if I would just go out there and spend 10 minutes and, if I didn't feel into it, I could just stop and go home. I had to make that promise to myself many times. However, I NEVER gave up after 10 minutes. I was already committed to being out there so it was easy to continue. But, I fully and always would keep my promise that if that day wasn't it, I'd call it a day.
Thanks for all you share!!! XO
Conclusion : consistency is key
Journalling, meditation after reading helps reflect on past thoughts and actions
read the bible and pray
"Step #3, becoming aware of my insecurities" worked for me. Awareness is just the first step, but WHAT WE DO with that knowledge makes all the difference.
i like the '2 minute rule'. if something takes less then two minutes you should do it. don't put it off, don't think i will do it later, don't think i will do it next time, don't think you will remember it next time: just do it. for things lasting 10 minutes, you should plan to do it in the next 7 days.
Load the dishwasher...do it now; laundry..once a week 😆
It's so fun to experiment with different routines ! I've been doing that for years and there are always ways to improve !
Trust yourself and don't give up. Be consistent.
This is one of the self motivating principles that I have ever heard. It's very inspiring.
This is a great way to start. Will look for the book, thank you
Really appreciating your videos!

Thank you ! What a blessing to watch this. I feel like I need to just dive in and make daily meditation a habit and you’ve given me more incentive to try ^^

Reading and searching about how to reach anything I want and work for it
Just found this channel!New sub. I need this, love this!😊👍
I actually did this. I got the kindle edition so I could screen capture every day and put it into a journal on my Notability application on my iPad. I’m on day 340 - over 200 pages in - and have less than a month left. I journaled every day and made it a habit every morning - usually the first thing I did.
It was life-changing. I strongly recommend any one else to consider this.
Thank you the recommendation. I’m grateful you took the time to record this video.
Thank you
good one
really the more you focus on something and do it, the better you become at it etc
when your life changes its good for a while then you look to change and its kinda a forever chasing the carrot thing, I have learnt to be content with right now, whatever the situation, there is always things to be grateful for even if there are things your not completely happy about, right now I am alive that is pretty cool, and I can walk around and interact with my environment :)
CONSTANCY, MINDFUL PRACTISE and REFLECTION and REVIEW what makes everyone successfull

Consistency & self discipline is (most*) very important 🙏🏻 🍷.

May I ask what font do you use in this illustration?
I've always struggled with consistency. I'd be all motivated and have a good routine going and would fall off a few days or weeks later. How does one develop consistency? 😅

Embrace working through boredom, lack of emotional connection times 😇
I have no problem with consistency at all but I suffer from insomnia which makes me hardly to function.
Hi Avi, hardly anyone is 100% consistent from day 1. Developing a habit means starting again many times after falling off the wagon. The key is not to give up when you fail to be consistent; if you keep starting again, eventually the lapses become less frequent and don't last as long, then hopefully don't happen at all - but when they do, you just start again.
@@sw-hg8eq Alphabet name game. Start with Aa=Aaron; Ab=Abigail, Abner,Abdul; Ac=Ace; Ad=Adam, Adell, Adelaide, etc. Think of as many names with those letters that you can. Do 3 letters to really make it interesting: Daa=x; Dab=Dabney; Dac=x; Dad=x; Dag=Dagwood, Dagney....
It's not stressful--even fun--and it takes your mind off intrusive thoughts that are keeping you awake. You'll be sound asleep by the M's. Maa=x; Mab= Mabel, Maybelline, Mason, Mavery, etc. Zzzzz

When you said that you read a page everyday do you mean a specific type of book or any book you can get your hands on? Do you think that I could start with a y/a book as well?
He meant the book Manifest Your Desires. Read one page a day, think about the content u read in that page, be open to the concept in the page, your thoughts and focus will change for better. Because u are attracting what u think.
@@daffidalswuli oh okay thanks
You definitely can start a reading any book if you are not a common reader I suggest you to start with something simple like comics even though it might not give you the information that you want but you will get the feeling of fun while reading which helps you to love reading more then move on to other books it can be novels or self help books but try to pic a book which is less than 200 pages so you don't feel overwhelmed.
@@sushmita4713 I appreciate the advice!
Let's goooo
One page per day? I have to get that book first, but that's not hard for me to do.
Okay- so I went and bought the book and I am on day two BUT are all of the pages in this book actually this…strange..?
3 important things to realise...
1.God dont male no rubbish...
(You can.....)
2.Be true to yourself
(Dont sell yourself out of your hard earned reward/goal for silly things like instagrat, temper release etc...)
3.determination, persistence and perserverance.
😊
How old are you now ?
Followed a friend’s advice for 2 years? My man must have been simping hard 🙌
The 1 thing I did..... starts off by "read these 365 pages", then do it again...
Esther Hicks writes law of attraction stuff. I've been trusting you up to this point. Now I feel like you just called me an idiot to my face. Magic isn't real.
read the bible and pray
Start with Proverbs.
The Bible is even better. Try it! 😉
The smooth objective impressively compete because balance conclusively marry beneath a jobless machine. silent, towering may
So, what have you really achieved? Except doing youtube videos of your methods... to make some money... Just wondering... Too many gurus around saying that they have some super advices for the simple people... Too many ...
Thank you.
