I love your idea of using a block of cream cheese in the taco soup! I've had it in homemade potato soup and it was divine! I look forward to adding cream cheese to my next batch of Taco Soup the next time I make it. Thank you! 😊
Just made this and omg was it good 😮 thank you Also for a creamy chicken version I did all of this and instead of beef i used chicken and a block of cream cheese and everything else the same and it was wonderful and easy to do
I have been making taco soup for decades and I have never put hidden valley ranch seasoning in it! People have gone crazy with that ingredient and are adding it where it doesn't belong!
Ok but have you tried it…? because it’s good and seasoned just enough. Nobody likes food that unseasoned like 🖐🏻 ppl like you eat such as yourself clearly.
New sub'd here. Your name alone drew me in because food cooked without love is just trash. This is such an EASY dish that impresses your guests. I get really annoyed with society who say fast food is for poor people. No, cooking your OWN food is for ALL people. You can feed a family of 7 for less than $20 bucks with this recipe.
Thank you so much, Lee Hanson! I appreciate you bringing this to my attention and I really hope you weren't inconvenienced by the mistake!! I've updated the recipe 😊
Your taco soup is wonderful!! I've made it for here at home and have made it to take to my grown kids and friends. They all love it and always look forward to MaMa coming by with a bucket, (ice cream bucket 😄) of food for when they get off work. It's nice to have a home cooked meal to reheat after a long day of work. I look forward to making more of your recipes. I love the ranch dressing in it! I've used ranch dressing in my mashed potatoes and on my baked potatoes for dipping fries into for over twenty years. My daughter introduced me to dipping pizza in the ranch as well. There's more to use it for than salads. I also want to try @glamygirlie6829's idea of using a block of cream cheese in it. Thank you for the great video and for sharing your recipes. This is my kind of cookin'! 🍲🩶🍲
Thank you so VERY much!!! I cat wait to get to cooking this tonight. My husband and I saw your recipe first!! Thank you again!!!
For a creamy version I add a Block of cream chesse and blended it in the soup. Delish!
That does sound delish, will have to try that next time!! Thanks for sharing glamygirlie :)

So leave it out. Chill.
Thank you for your honesty I want to make this dish, but was curious as to why the ranch packet.
Give us more
Pioneer Woman 7 can soup is easier and it amazing and so cheap...just maybe better for those of us on a smaller budget...your looks great as well
I use 50 oz of canned chicken in mine the best canned chicken breast on the market. :-)
50 ounces is almost 4 lbs of chicken...that makes no sense
That's way too much chicken. Don't go crazy with it.
So the recipe is where?

This is not taco soup. This is chile.

@@CookingUpLove Turned out great, BTW. Might try half a packet of Ranch and no sodium broth next time.
