After idiotically installing an intel USB driver off of google, I can not charge my ux425ja laptop anymore. I tried updating the faulty device in device manager. I tried uninstalling it and hard reset. Tried uninstalling battery and reset and also reset bios. Battery is not dead and can’t even trouble shoot anymore. What can I do???

You can't upgrade RAM in this laptop, memory modules are soldered to PCB
