Treviso is a great spot near Venice with airport as well. You can find a great apartment like "palazzina trevigiana" or "chiarano home" near the train station and then go by to Venice easily because are only 35 minute of train. Treviso is a super cool city as well, so I think is the best way to visit 2 great city in one trip 🎉

When taking the vaporetto how do you know when to get off at your stop? Also do 1 year old babies need a ticket? Thanks.

No, a bus and then walking is cheaper, but it takes longer and you need to be fit to be able to drag your bags over countless bridges and steps.

@@j.cm.9343 but we took a Vaporetto (Line A) from “S. Maria del Giglio” to the airport. It was worth the money and the time, it was like Sightseeing-Tour.
Non andate a Venezia in Italia c'è molto altro anche più bello vedi per esempio la Sicilia
