People are like “why isn’t this on the main channel” and I’m over here like “why are you complaining about more content (especially on the weekend)” KEEP IT UP HOONIGAN!!!
BEATNGU42 if I had to guess it would be because it is on the weekend, and personally I’m 1000% okay with that. More Hoonigan content, regardless when and where posted is always appreciated
The Hemi and the flat head both hold their places though. I don't think you can really say one is hands down better than the other because they're both so unique.
Oldsmobile rockets were super popular in that era too. Cadillac, nailheads, y blocks etc. Between the flathead and the small block chevy becoming the go to motor for most guys.
Wow I was pretty judgemental in the beginning cause of the guys outfit and what not but damn he threw down, broke down, and then threw down again. Love to see this guy on here again
Really appreciate these builds. Done at home in a garage, you can tell this dude lives and breathes the 50s drag race/street race era. Him and his wife rocking that Hot Rod Pin Up/Rocker Billy style, the class and magnitude of that car was top knotch. I feel a full build break down is needed with this one, and you know he is serious when he pulls out the gears for the diff out of the boot of the car, thats epic!
I love this channel because you guys don’t discriminate on the kind of cars aloud on it. Jdm, muscle cars, Prius that has been Briggs and Stratton swapped, 30s, 40s, 50s, gas crisis cars. You do it all and it’s appreciated
Everytime i watch hoonigan, dont matter what topic, always makes me want to go back to school. Im old now but you guys always got some interesting stuff on here id like to learn.
Ooooh damn. I've been drooling over this car for a few months now, never expected it to show up here!! Like a Weesner drawing come to life, it checks all the boxes...hemi, 6-pack, bias ply wide whites, full caps, QC, chopped '27 body...even has chromed garnish moldings. Sweet. Love how the owner is happy to go full geek with the stats and details. Got awfully close to the ramp during that donut, glad he didn't stuff it into the wall. What a handful!
Ik people have already said this but thank you guys do much for uploading this beautiful machine today. It's keeping my mind off a lot of shit going on keeps me focused on what I want to accomplish in life and how to fix myself to get there. Ik you guys hear it a lot but I don't think I would be doing ok if it wasn't for all of you
That's a very cool traditional hot rod. Very nicely done. I own original Ts myself but appreciate a nice build. I'm working on a TROG Model T roadster that will be powered by the original motor hopped up as much as possible. Only thing I would have changed was have the chop be a few inches less for better driving comfort, but that's just my preference ad I like high boy coupes. Cool hotrod man! I'd hang out with this guy any day, great car guy who knows his stuff.
We got a 1000hp model t that we’re getting running again. It was a pro drag racer back in the late 80s. It was the only car my dad couldn’t beat so he bought it back in the early 90s and it’s been down for 12 years collecting dust in our factory.
kinda hurt that this goodie was on the bonus channel, great episode.. i sure do love me some hotrods pppleease get more on there maybe some that races on the saltflats or beaches
"As long as you don't crash it's safe" "Built for go" This guy could be a car sales man in the 20's
shit, i'd buy a car from him now.
chair362 if it's as clean as this one is, hell yeah me too
Kenny K look at that hat tho...
It's almost the 20's again.
Built for go, not really for woah😂 I fw that
People are like “why isn’t this on the main channel” and I’m over here like “why are you complaining about more content (especially on the weekend)” KEEP IT UP HOONIGAN!!!
Why isn’t it on the main channel tho...? 🤔
BEATNGU42 if I had to guess it would be because it is on the weekend, and personally I’m 1000% okay with that. More Hoonigan content, regardless when and where posted is always appreciated
topher9671 right?! This video is a gem. What better day than on a off day.
No no its true! Weekend video.
I’m with you a Sunday special on the bonus channel would be sweet
This should be on the main channel. This was the best this week. It was so unexpected.
why is this on here? i mean, i agree this is for main channel
Probably because the audio is subpar, lots of background noise.
agreed. It lacks main channel polish as a video, but the content definitely deserved the main channel This guy is so fucking rad.
Thank you for bringing us sick content even on a Sunday ❤
Cool car , the 50s hemi was the engine to unseat the ford flathead at the drag strip
That moment Hoonigan drops abridged build breakdowns on Sunday
That is one badass hot rod. And it's different too, it's not like every other flat black T-bucket with a small-block Chevy. Awesome ride!
Henry Ford must be blasting finger guns in his grave at how rad this is
other than a flat head, an early hemi is the only other mill that has the right to sit between ford rails.
@@johnlynch8174 or a y block
John Lynch buick nailhead is a classic too
Bonus Breakdown Episode 001!
Today we have HEMI powered Ford Model T!
Also appreciate the weekend content again!
Wow I was pretty judgemental in the beginning cause of the guys outfit and what not but damn he threw down, broke down, and then threw down again. Love to see this guy on here again
Yo let him be fukin pimp
Dont assume hmm
Kevin's Time Wasting Account really you go through life judging because of clothes? Guess he made you realize you're an idiot.

One of the top five best sounding cars you guys have had on, hands down! So sick
Alex seems like the old school, SoCal "vato" hot rodder! Odelay Alex! Props for not going the usual LS route for the swap. Nos vemos homes!
Eric Hakanson *orale and *holmes 👍

first like after 5 years...
The sound that engine made was incredible!
I love this channel because you guys don’t discriminate on the kind of cars aloud on it. Jdm, muscle cars, Prius that has been Briggs and Stratton swapped, 30s, 40s, 50s, gas crisis cars. You do it all and it’s appreciated
Omg this is so cool. Love how it’s in the before reboot style. Great job guys so proud of you.
I agree with him. These were THE engine to have in the '60s. Beautiful car. Great guy.
Everytime i watch hoonigan, dont matter what topic, always makes me want to go back to school. Im old now but you guys always got some interesting stuff on here id like to learn.

By far one of the best looking Model T's i've seen in a while.
I'm so impresed/happy/wasn't expecting to have a engine from 56' so cool
@Jeremy Thompson lots of cool info. Thanks
A tribute to the classic.. what an absolute beauty
That thing does great donuts, rotates so well, and love the sound.
Intro was righteous!! This thing is a work of art from head to toe!
That might be one of my favorite cars you guys have shown. That thing is sick!
This build is something else, really love it. well done.
This is easily one of my favorite episodes yet!! Keep bringing hot rods!!!!
You always have cool cars at your shop but this was one of the coolest! Seeing that do donuts just gave me chills! That is a hot rod!
You guys set the standard for sick car content!!!
Vin asking "why 6 carbs" IDK How exactly does a posi-trac in a Plymouth work?... It just does
Oh yeah, y'all are probably too young to get that reference
It's a classic for the ages, how could anyone be TOO YOUNG?
tr0n you would think so
That’s funny asf!
Definitely makes my day watching these sick vids, soo awesome

Mr. Penny hemi, is a f#*king Legend. Coolest thing I ever seen from a period correct hotrod
Robert Lomas' '34 coupe.
Mad props for throwing down in a very very clean classic. That guy has cajones for giving it a shot and nailing some decent doughnies.
Ik people have already said this but thank you guys do much for uploading this beautiful machine today. Wow that car is a time capsule. Beautiful job on it. Wow dudes were running that much power on those light cars. What a time.
I love yall for this channel
What an inspiring build.. Hope to be able to restore a car this good one day!
Posted in the Bonus? that's a legit DT episode. Great work
For a sec I thought it might be Brad's since that's what he would do but then I thought yeah nah that's too clean
This inspires me so much to build crazy shit and not care as long as i'm having fun with the passion.
Absolutely sick car!
Damn.. I had to listen to the intro a few times. That beat had me turning up my headphones..
“Hemri Ford” was a missed naming opportunity.
It's like Christmas in July, build breakdown on bonus fuck yeah 🔥
Super cool car. Super cool guy. Can tell he's passionate about his car. Lady he's rolling with looks proud of him too. Thanks for sharing!

Dylan McCallister If you played the game watch dogs, you would likely recognize the logo.
Or if you are an OG and watched DT157, you may recognize it.

I love everything about this episode , especially how hot rod this guy is and the fact he does doughnuts with vice grips for a shifter 👌💯😂
It's literally perfect in every way.
