Phew what a sweat sesh! I was struggling to do the split lunges with the block so I opted without it for 2 rounds and achieved it by round 3 - then right at the end I realised I was holding two weights instead of one so I felt extra accomplished! Thanks Heather for another great week. Oh and that first song of the workout was great hope we hear it again during the rest of the challenge

I love that these are all slow and controlled movements yet I still get my sweat on and an elevated heart rate. Feels like magic! Thanks Heather! Oh, and I really love the new animation before all your workouts. It excites the geek in me :)
The progress is definitely showing after 15 workouts! I had been of the mat for a few months before starting this program due to injury and let me tell you, the person stepping of the mat today is soooo much stronger than the person after workout no 1. Got a big smile on my face finishing this one so proud for keeping up after the months of rehab and recovery and for feeling my body quickly adapting to the phase and almost feeling stronger than ever already! So thankful that you’re sharing this with us Heather and happy that we get to move our bodies like this 🙏🏻

I loved this workout! Coming into it, I was worried because it was 3 rounds of 1 circuit. I was expecting to have a mental battle throughout, which made me dread the workout. Well, my ADHD brain was stimulated and engaged. I never got bored or had to talk my inner tantrum child down. Instead I could focus on form and exhausting my muscles. Another great one, Heather! 😅🙌🏾✔️
So loving this program with no specific cardio. I’ve been pairing the workouts with 30 min of yoga and I am amazed at the progress I’m starting to see. Little tho it is. It’s still a win!

I lose my workout space on the weekend to legos and sleepovers, so I did this today. Upped my weights a touch on the last round and it was a beast! ❤🔥
I love it when a song from one of the previous programs comes on like during t-pushups❤ (although this specific one always came before burpees or smthg very intense😉 because it’s so powerful!)
Was covered in sweat by the end of the workout! I love it so much but it was so tough, in a good way of course! I’m so proud to be completed with Week 3!!

(and my husband thought I'd never use his 35 lb. dumbbells- HA!) Thanks for a great workout Heather! I'm looking forward to next week!
Would you ever maybe make a video that is just an extra long warm up separate from a workout. I love your videos and I love the warmups too! I get a lot of stomach pain and your warmups help me me through it but would love a longer one for painful days

It was an awesome workout! I even dared to go for the heavy weights and was honestly surprised at how well it went. Took slightly longer breaks between the heavier exercises so I could keep pushing with the heavy weights in the next round. Burned 350 calories.🎉
