My favorite band! They're amazing.
"WE ARE BAAAAACK !!!" (Asami)
This was the first song of the first concert with audience after an almost 2 year hiatus (due to Covid-19 and the departure of band leader and bassist Miho for personal reasons), and it was the first ever with and for new bassist Fami. LOVEBITES had so much new engergy and enthusiam being happy to be back on stage. That weekend resulted in two live albums released last year and 8 promotional videos on their RUclips channel! 2024 is the year of their world tour (Europe, Japan, USA)...
Seconding your comments, not much to add. The perfect band got even better.
There is, was, nor ever will be a band that combines just about everything good about just about every facet of themselves as LOVEBITES. I flew from the U.K. to Tokyo to fulfill a promise I made to myself that I would be in the audience at the very next opportunity that presented itself, and I was, dead centre, front row but one. I discovered them two years prior, but this was the first occasion since then that someone outside Japan could see them in concert, due to several factors beyond their control, and so I kept my promise. I’ve seen them 3 times since and am currently booked for 4 shows this year. I don’t listen to anyone else, and at 64 I’ve decided I’ll spend whatever I can afford to see them as many times as possible whilst I still can. Best band ever. Seriously.
They are the most talented band on earth.. Period.
Alex, I consider you as the leader of the Wolfpack Army, God Bless You. I'm same age as you and have followed most of this rock legends for so many years but when I discovered Lovebites 5 years ago, I can't believe that this is the band that I'm looking & waiting for. Now I'm a Diehard Lovebites Fan Forever. They can have all the other popular rock bands (past & present) but I will always choose Lovebites. And just ignore this HOPELESS TROLL making negative comments, he have no life anyway.
I'm 55 and 95% of the music I have listened to during my life has been made by men. Nothing against men, I am one, but I always wanted to have an all female favorite band. Then I discovered Lovebites and I had my all female favorite band. After Lovebites, I discovered Band-Maid and now I even have two all female favorite bands. My life is great.

Thanks for reviewing Lovebites, they are now my favourite band of all time. There are no gimmicks with them, just pure brilliance, total professionalism and the love of their music, which always shines through in all of their incredible live performances. Hey, Sky! So the original bassist for this band had to leave (they tried to talk her out of it), so they wound up hiring this young *prodigy* named Fami to replace her. And from what I've heard, this is the first song of the first show with then new group, after lengthy downtime, so they were extra EXTRA hyped to get to *work*! And work they did. Rock on! 🤘😎👍
