NO SPOILERS just my theory with genya. I don't read manga btw. So i have 2 theories for his regeneration ability. First one is his family. He and his brother have scars all over the place maybe they train themselves this ability and have insane regeneration. 2nd theory is that it has to do with his prayers in this episode. Its obviously that stone hashira is insanely strong. And he is also always praying and chanting. Genya surely is his student and has learnt from him. Thats why we see him with him in a few scenes. Also it is no secret this show is heavily inspired by Buddhist philosophy so yea. Seems to be a connection.
At first i thought about the first sword that Tanjiro got. Haganezuka wanted it to be bright red because he (Tanjiro) has red hair and eyes, but then he (Haganezuka) got mad because it was a black sword. So I don't know if its related or not as I don't read the manga, but it could be another good Theory. (Didn't hear the whole discussion yet so idk if they already thought about it.)

To be a person who has no memories of what happened to them, I think the most logical and human thing to do is to find some sort of comfort and characteristics/behavior to mimic. Muichiro before wasn’t all gloomy and cold. However his crow, like Tanjiro mentioned “oozes spite …” so that’s just reflective behavior. But of course, that’s just my opinion.

I too have the theory that Genya is half demon. In addition to what you guys said, his brother not only hates demons but denies Genya. Mitsuri said that she talked to the Wind Hashira and he said he had no brothers and she was confused about it. This could be why he denies him. Pretty hypocritical from him not giving Nezuko a chance after sparing Genya though if this is the case.
Back in season 2 Tengen the sound hashira briefly mentioned that there was someone who became Hashira just after two months of picking up sword and they also showed Muichiro image when he said that. You guys would love how amazing Mucihiro is.

This episode became a special episode to me because of the flashback scene with Muichiro and the Master. I hope in real life his words ring true.
Hi, first of all i'd like to say love the reaction and energy from the both of you. There is an anime i would love to see your reaction. Have heard of an anime called 86? its a anime with the main theme of war and racism i think. Although its in a semi mecha genre, but its not focus on big mecha fight like the gundam series. Its more focus on its story, insane character development and world building. There is a lot of foreshadowing and symbolism in this anime, not to mention the fantastic music. There are small fight here and there but it was short and straight to the point type and when there's a big fight, its a big epic fight. Its a roller coaster of emotion. It might be start alittle bit slow on the first 2 episode for the build up, but it pick up later in the season. Happy to see you react to it.
You have to think too that Tengen was probably the weaker Hashira out of these three and that Tanjiro and Nezuko have leveled up. Also Genya is proving quite strong so far and we got 2 Hashiras instead of one. I don't know what will happen but I'm thinking we probably take down both demons or one of them at least. It could be at a big cost though. I'm worried that we didn't lose anyone last season and don't think that will last long.
@@Schnozo69 first of all muichiro got bodied by gyokko before he ever got the mark in gyokko's base form. muichiro couldnt even touch gyokkos base form pre mark. the whole purpose of muichiros fight was to see how much of an amp it gives you so we have something to go off of in future fights when more slayers achieve the mark. it wasnt till after mui gets the mark hes able to fight gyokko. and why are you comparing a a marked version to an unmarked version. an unmarked tengen was going toe to toe with a fully enraged upper moon without a hand and his whole body pretty much poisoned. let alone all the other stuff i can name in tengens favor. and for the record daki actually makes gyutaro stronger not weaker if you payed attention or read the manga

There is an anime i would love to see your reaction. Have heard of an anime called 86? its a anime with the main theme of war and racism i think. Although its in a semi mecha genre, but its not focus on big mecha fight like the gundam series. Its more focus on its story, insane character development and world building. There is a lot of foreshadowing and symbolism in this anime, not to mention the fantastic music. There are small fight here and there but it was short and straight to the point type and when there's a big fight, its a big epic fight. Its a roller coaster of emotion. It might be start alittle bit slow on the first 2 episode for the build up, but it pick up later in the season. Happy to see you react to it.

You have to think too that Tengen was probably the weaker Hashira out of these three and that Tanjiro and Nezuko have leveled up. Also Genya is proving quite strong so far and we got 2 Hashiras instead of one. I don't know what will happen but I'm thinking we probably take down both demons or one of them at least. It could be at a big cost though. I'm worried that we didn't lose anyone last season and don't think that will last long.

@@Schnozo69 first of all muichiro got bodied by gyokko before he ever got the mark in gyokko's base form. muichiro couldnt even touch gyokkos base form pre mark. the whole purpose of muichiros fight was to see how much of an amp it gives you so we have something to go off of in future fights when more slayers achieve the mark. it wasnt till after mui gets the mark hes able to fight gyokko. and why are you comparing a a marked version to an unmarked version. an unmarked tengen was going toe to toe with a fully enraged upper moon without a hand and his whole body pretty much poisoned. let alone all the other stuff i can name in tengens favor. and for the record daki actually makes gyutaro stronger not weaker if you payed attention or read the manga
