Please don't pretend to be someone your not, just be yourself. Your down to earth and real. So, many people ( like me) need and use your ideas. You seem to be a genuine person which is why I watch your channel. When I was a stay at home mom I told people that I was an executive of my household,chief,counselor,nurse etc. As a moms we do so many things and it's nothing to ever be ashamed of. If you change your style make sure it's for yourself. Because to change for others means your not being true to who you really are.

Technically you are a life coach on organizing with a "channel" on you tube. You could hand them the card. It's called a commericial. People use it to promote themselves while looking for a job. It can also be used for networking. Promise once your commercial is down you just repeat it 500x. It does get easier the more you say it.

Sometimes is so tricky to decide for the title of the divisions. I have to wait for the clutter and see which kind of information I have the most. My favorite product that keeps the documents safe , and safe from dust too , are the pioners but the ones of small rings. Nice video🌼🌟👒

Needed this today. I have a Sunday box that I need to treat more like a Sunday box. I have a short-term accordian file that is in desperate need of cleaning and a long-term fireproof safe box that never changes! Needed this to make the first two more black and white.
Yes, I love and can totally relate to being a little off. I have always loved all your videos. You are great and yes it is so much more, it is inspiring. You have been such an inspiration for me in starting my channel and not being so worried about it not being perfect (or even that good in my opinion), but at least having fun.
we have a filing "bag" where all our papers go. Then it gets filed into a file box under the proper spot. Last year I entered all the information into the computer quarterly for the first half of the year.... there are miles to go, but much better than years past. All filed papers were marked and stapled together, so as not to be double entered. Love your style!
I love your videos, you are my hero! And I agree with all that you should tell everyone you are a professional organizer. On Friday and this morning a bought a lot of organizing supplies. We don't have the Dollar Store, but Action which is also great and cheap. And the Hema which also has a lot of really cool organizing stuff. Keep going, I can't live without your videos anymore!

Okay I had a revelation when you were sharing the "awkwardness" of telling people what you do as a youtuber...I have been boasting and bragging of all these great changes I have been making in my home as a result of "youtube people"???? So I totally feel ya!! I am trying to figure out how to explain how I find these awesome women who help me on youtube with all of these various names "clutterbug, how jen does it, do it on a dime, etc." so I totally get what you mean. People stare at me as I am trying to explain I actually watch videos to learn how to organize my home and declutter like I have 4 heads...I had always felt like keeping a clean/organized home should come so naturally to people and used to feel ashamed I was not the June Cleaver I strived to be and thought something was wrong with me, but realized my brain needs help in this area and I learn differently than others, get overwhelmed very easily, have the symptoms of adult ADHD, etc.....so anyway, to me "you help people for a living!!" ha! And, I look at it like reality TV with a bonus because I am not just watching you for entertainment as people do on reality TV, but you offer instruction/tips and guidance so there is a purpose and that is so much better in my opinion - because I get both!!! So be proud...that is exciting and I know what you are saying though for real - glad you have people helping you. And I love the price of the book...I assume there will be a shipping cost so that will help it not seem that pricey when people consider that. I actually had the book in a cart as a preorder, but since it is not available for a while, decided to wait to order...April is so far - would love it now!! :) This video was helpful too - I do have a file cabinet and I have a desktop file for the short-term....love the demos of the different types as that helps me figure out what might work best for us!! So glad I found you. A personality like mine. Out of all my "stuff" I need to sort I dread the paper. I've not yet learnt how to be ruthless. Am taking it in stages. My friends would just shred, dispose. I'm like....just keep that a bit longer just in case of I will do it on the next round of sorting my stuff lol.

Putting the bills in the 'to be filed' after you'd paid them gives you an added step. I FINALLY started filing the bills as we paid them. I leave the 'to be filed' for random things that pile in.

Yes, I love and can totally relate to being a little off. I have always loved all your videos. You are great and yes it is so much more, it is inspiring. You have been such an inspiration for me in starting my channel and not being so worried about it not being perfect (or even that good in my opinion), but at least having fun.
we have a filing "bag" where all our papers go. Then it gets filed into a file box under the proper spot. Last year I entered all the information into the computer quarterly for the first half of the year.... there are miles to go, but much better than years past. All filed papers were marked and stapled together, so as not to be double entered. Love your style!
I love your videos, you are my hero! And I agree with all that you should tell everyone you are a professional organizer. On Friday and this morning a bought a lot of organizing supplies. We don't have the Dollar Store, but Action which is also great and cheap. And the Hema which also has a lot of really cool organizing stuff.

I just watched one of your videos for the first time (I'm currently binge watching your channel) and I just have to say that I love your personality. It's SO fun. Ha!! You are hilarious!! Okay I had a revelation when you were sharing the "awkwardness" of telling people what you do as a youtuber...I have been boasting and bragging of all these great changes I have been making in my home as a result of "youtube people"???? So I totally feel ya!! I am trying to figure out how to explain how I find these awesome women who help me on youtube with all of these various names "clutterbug, how jen does it, do it on a dime, etc." so I totally get what you mean. People stare at me as I am trying to explain I actually watch videos to learn how to organize my home and declutter like I have 4 heads...I had always felt like keeping a clean/organized home should come so naturally to people and used to feel ashamed I was not the June Cleaver I strived to be and thought something was wrong with me, but realized my brain needs help in this area and I learn differently than others, get overwhelmed very easily, have the symptoms of adult ADHD, etc.....so anyway, to me "you help people for a living!!" ha! And, I look at it like reality TV with a bonus because I am not just watching you for entertainment as people do on reality TV, but you offer instruction/tips and guidance so there is a purpose and that is so much better in my opinion - because I get both!!! So be proud...that is exciting and I know what you are saying though for real - glad you have people helping you. And I love the price of the book...I assume there will be a shipping cost so that will help it not seem that pricey when people consider that. I actually had the book in a cart as a preorder, but since it is not available for a while, decided to wait to order...April is so far - would love it now!! :) This video was helpful too - I do have a file cabinet and I have a desktop file for the short-term....love the demos of the different types as that helps me figure out what might work best for us!! Thanks!

So glad I found you. A personality like mine. Out of all my "stuff" I need to sort I dread the paper. I've not yet learnt how to be ruthless. Am taking it in stages. My friends would just shred, dispose. I'm like....just keep that a bit longer just in case of I will do it on the next round of sorting my stuff lol.

Putting the bills in the 'to be filed' after you'd paid them gives you an added step. I FINALLY started filing the bills as we paid them. I leave the 'to be filed' for random things that pile in.
